In this ab workout we will be doing some exercises with just 1 dumbbell and the other exercises with just our bodyweight
You won't need a crazy heavy weight. Just work with what you've got and if you want to make some of the weighted exercises a little tougher, you can up the weight
So 10 exercises and no repeats. We will be hitting 40 seconds of each exercises with just 15 seconds rest between each
A super quick and effective ab blast that will be done in just 10 minutes. So don't tell me you don't have time. You absolutely do
