Man my left collarbone hurts after dropping down on the ground on a set of weighted dips. Sometimes I experience the collarbone pain when going from bottom to top at the movement. Do you know how to fix this?
Nice Idea on the sleeves Micha , I personally will never use them as I only really see the use for competitive athletes as any edge you can get makes sense . a personal question for you Micha do you find that if you get a PR due to a Change or addition of equipment does it give you the same excitement / joy ??
If I am between sizes (my forearm is 31-31.5 cm), would you reccomend going size up? My concern is restricting bloodflow on the smaller size and not getting enough support on the larger size.
Bin mir super unsicher wegen der Größe. Der calculator sagt mir XL aber mag es gerne recht eng bei sleeves. Denkst du man kann "downsizen" und eine L nehmen um einen engeren fit zu haben oder ist der calculator schon darauf ausgerichtet eine eher enge Größe anzuzeigen?
Are these allowed in competition, what elbow/knee sleeves do most athletes use in competition, i'm new to streetlifting and interested in competing in the future

@@MichaSchulz sorry, but for Latvian citizen paying 50 euro for elbow sleeve (for good ones) is hurtful cuz we don't have that good income from jobs, standart is 7€ per hour
