Hi!! Now I’m visiting my daughter, and my grand daughter is at it again…..trying to do the moves with this workout!! 😂 I felt great doing these workouts and combination’s!!! It went by so fast!! It sure makes a difference when you breath correctly and tighten those abs…you move easily!! Thanks again Trish!! ❤🙌🏻💪🏻🌼🌸❤️

Hello Suzanne. I can imagine how cute she looks trying to imitate your movements!! They are lovely at this age. I remember my daughter when she was a toddler always sitting under me when I tried to get my exercises done!! I really miss those days🥲Enjoy this special time with your granddaughter. Hi Trish, thank you for this great strength workout! I really enjoyed this one! I primarily used my 7 lb. weights today. I love making sure I incorporate strength into my weekly workouts! 💪 We had a nice, but busy weekend, ending with a family BBQ yesterday with the kids for Father's Day! I was so tired last night, lol. I hope you and your family had a good weekend celebrating Father's Day too! See you for tomorrow's workout! 🙋‍♀️🌺🌷💐🌻🥰

Happy Monday Lori! Great job with today's strength exercises! 7lbs is wonderful weight to be lifting for each of the moves. I do like to get the strength workouts posted as I think lifting weights is so important to keep our bones healthy and our muscles strong. We had a nice day relaxing yesterday for father's day. We just stayed at home and kept it a simple affair. I have a really busy week this week with school sports day, school plays and other school activities!! Have a wonderful day. Wow… this was fun & sweaty! 😅 Really enjoyed this one, Trish… such great combo of moves, and (I’m sure I’ve said before) the 15-45 time sequence seems like a “sweet spot”. 👍💪 I used my 2 and 3 kg dumbbells… still gently getting back to it. I do love a slow strength workout. Hubs did this one along with me and he love it too! Thanks for thr great start to the day! 🤗 OX-Tracy B.💜
