Hello everyone! Today, we have the highly requested CHEST WORKOUT! You will most definitely feel a burn and feel sore the next day so make sure to warm up and cool down. We have 15 exercises, 40 seconds each, and I want you all to focus on really using your chest to create these motions for optimal results.
