I'm wondering about something? If you do these exercises every single day, do you have to be on a diet? because I have been doing these exercises for 4 or 5 days but I do not know if I see any changes. I'm not keen on weight but my stomach may be a little bloated so I want it flatter. but I do not know 100% if this works. would have been great if you could give me an answer

Your diet plays a role too but this workout doesn't require you too. The changes varies depending on the individual. The best thing you can do is commit to a regular daily exercise routine as a part of your lifestyle. Your long-term commitment determines whether these results will last.
