This is my 2020 TaoTao 110 Pit Bike with a VZ21 Turbocharger. Currently it is a Blow Through set up with NO fuel pump and no Fuel Pressure Regular.
I don't know how much boost it make as of right now but if I had to guess it's probably about 3 PSI MAX. Yes it for sure picked up a lot if power you can hear when it starts to roll into boost.
The way i make it pump more fuel is by usung the Boost pressure with a T that pressurizes the fuel tank and the Carburetor at the same time to create a close to 1-1 ratio.
I will be trying a Draw through set up again at some point to see if I can make it run even better due to no pump and other things it does run it's self out of fuel if pushed to long and to hard.

It works until the float bowl runs dry, if you put a wideband on it it would get to 19:1 AFR in short order. Pressurizing the fuel tank isn't going to do anything unless you can get the fuel pressure meanigfully above boost pressure, which you won't be able to if you just T off the manifold or wastegate actuator. The boost pressure and tank pressure are the same and cancel each other out, so it just runs out of fuel. You could add a car style external fuel pump, regulate it down with a buck converter and with a high output stator you MIGHT be able to run it assuming there's nothing else the stator needs to power. I use a specific adjustable fuel pressure regulator that can go as low as .5PSI if I want to, but the round slide type carbs can go up to about 3 psi before you overcome the float valve's ability to stay shut. I have links on my Patreon (and a complete how-to turbo video, covering draw-through and blow-through) for fuel pumps, buck converters, fuel pressure regulators etc. that you need for a blow-through setup, in addition to how-to setup your carb for blow-through. Just 'sayin

Oh thanks for the information. The CDI I actually converted to a DC System I completely by passed the AC Circuit of the Stator, however it is still there... I have been trying to find a very small fuel pump and I even thought about adding a Fuel Pump off of the AC line of the stator to make the pump "speed controlled" if that makes sense so the fuel pump will spin up with RPM but not sure how well that will work I think it will either burn out the Stator ir the pump. I do have a Fuel Pressure Regular and a inline style car fuel pump. I'll have to play around with it when i get a minute they're just so huge and bulky on that little bike ha.

Check out my fuel system vid. I'm currently over 35psi of boost on the 155cc. You can use boost as your pump but how you do it is kinda important and a plenum is a must to make any power. Yours is falling into vacuum every time the valve opens. Your pitote tube needs to be just for the carbs no Ts it just does the bowl. And you need a plenum for it to work well. It should be before the plenum. Going against what the guy under me is saying gravity gives enough pressure differential between boost to feed the bowl. That's how it works na theres not vacuum in the bowl to help it oem. I have about ten years into mine and it's pulled 65whp on the Dyno before if that means anything.

Update bikes been compound turbo for some time now still running a pneumatic fuel system although I now use a small tank between the tank and carb with a check valve between the tank and pump tank. Hit 90psi of boost and passed my goal of 100whp. I didn't notice something until today with your set up that hose that feeds the tank boost is far too small for boost to fill that volume fast enough. Back in my single turbo days I ran two 3/8 lines to the tank and that worked great although the much small pneumatic fuel pump I made is a way smaller volume and fills even faster with just one 3/8 hose than it did in the tank. Best of luck also it's certainly just as easy to do a traditional electric fuel system but the current needs and weight/space issues are massive trade offs for these little engines.

Cool video again mann , i have set mine up to have the blow through conversion , but i have more results with the draw through. i see alot of people who say the blow through is better. and I've seen em also. So why you wanna convert it to draw through ? peace BC

I have been having issues with the Carburetor float getting atuck no matter what ai di with the blow through not sure why. So i'm going to try the Draw through set up.
