The point isn’t a workout, but the mental game: When you’re under stress, whether from heat or cold or a hard-to-shake fixation on a difficult feeling, how do you cope? What can you learn?
Othership’s founders Robbie Bent and Amanda Laine recorded this breathwork and visualization practice for processing fiery emotions like anger. It’s good for days when cooling off could help you work with your feelings, not against them.
For more, Othership’s breathwork app has audio-guided practices as short as a couple of minutes or as long as an hour, targeted to cultivate feelings of gratitude, quell negative self-talk, or journey through consciousness.
