120kg / 265lbs sandbag to shoulder has been a goal for a while now. Sandbags are a very different animal to stones/barbells. The sand moves around awkwardly and when you squeeze the bag it absorbs some of your power. Happy days.
Thanks! 102kg BW, 5 ft 11'. Not done much heavy barbell work, mainly did volume. Tried for 1 RM once and it was 235kg deadlift, 202.5kg squat and 142.5kg bench. That was like 2 years ago, been mainly just stone/sandbag lifting. 🪨👍🏴
