great vid as always. I am a tool with film so I used a 1k clearcoat , just make sure the clear coat has a UV protectant , lay 2 to 3 layers of clear coat and then polish out the orange peal if there is any . Did this on my 2004 147 with the factory xenon . and they look amazing.
One more great video. It would be a good idea and really helpful for all of us that follow u to put links of the products taht u use or where u buy them. U could make a tutorial video How to make headlights like Gt blackline(paint them inside black, like urs)
Wow! Looks great. My GT have some "grain" texture on headlights - it's interfering with light from xenons that lights this texture instead of road. I wonder if that help...
Nice video. Can you show maybe how to restore a xenon headlight. Have a GT and the rubber is old and weird looking. I got said that removing it is not an option, the silicone grease helped only for a short while ;/ Is there something I can do or do I have to change the whole headlight.
Hi, what are your thoughts on straight piping a 2.0 JTS. Would you do any videos on exhausts in the future? I am considering to have a twin/quad system in my 2.0 JTS but requires some body work on the rear right side , cutting out the tow section , etc would be great If you can do something like this as I have no doubt many owners have stopped proceeding with this, although they had this idea initially since there isn’t much content about this out there or not many garages know/discourage owners .only Ragazzon has some content but not the best. Thanks
Hi, I actually have an exhaust video planned. However I won't do the straight pipe, but rather a installation of the rear silencer made by the US based company. I think it will give out a better sound than just straight pipes. Not sure about the 2.0 JTS, I have a 1.8TS...
Fantastic result. Sir, could you tell us how the front flash lights can be removed?... the orange inner plastics, have peeled off inside, I would try to stick them, as long as it is easy to remove the entire unit... Thanks in advance.
@@arcgarage she looks so well looked after hope u enjoy her for years to come, if owned one for 7 years still so in love I cant buy another, the thought of not driving the Gt is 2 much🙈
@@arcgarage currently have the 1.9jtd, with a tuning box, H&R drop kit and koni shocks, awesome drive like it's new that's why I can't buy another wanted to get a Guilitta but can't bare to leave the Gt in the garage
I personally owned 1.6 105hp 2.0 150hp, and 1.9 JTDM 120hp. By far i am happiest with 1.9 JTDm. 1.6 consumes to much fuel and it doesnt go as Alfa should. 2.0 is little sensitive engine. Same consumption as 1.6 Diesel goes like hell and consumes a lot less. And no oil consuption like in most petrol engines.
@@zoranbozic8592 I have two Twin Spark engines, none of them consume oil, and my 147 1.6 goes pretty good. Also had one with 1.9 JTD engine, it is good, but diesels are not my thing. Also I work on those cars, and any engine with additional components like turbo, EGR, DPF are going to be less reliable by their nature. But if you're going to go for a diesel 1.9 JTD is the best engine on the market in my opinion...
