Thank you for this great class! I saved it right to my favorites. The voice over was good, but I really do love it when you "talk directly to us" in the videos. It makes me feel more connected, like I'm in a studio rather than @home. So glad to hear this was just a fix - if a good one at that. Thank you Kassandra for all you are doing! QUESTION: When in the twist and you direct us to keep shoulder blades in contact with the mat and hips stacked- which is the priority if you can't quite do both: shoulder blades on mat or hips stacked?
@@hlynn65 I would say the priority is to keep the shoulder blades on the mat. What usually helps me achieve that more easily, is to move my hips over a little. That means, moving your hips to the right, if you're twisting with your right leg. Maybe that can help you too 😊
Definitely! Normally I try to start my day with yoga, but in winter time (dark earlier), I prefer practicing at the evening and I couldn’t find much videos for after work
I love this idea! I could definitely use something like that. I just landed a new office job that starts early in the morning and ends in the early afternoon, so I could really use a series of 10-20 minute videos dedicated to helping me transition from my work day and stretching out all the tension that accumulates after sitting a desk for hours

The live narration during practice is your secret weapon! Please keep it up. There are a million other yogis that make videos and do voice over! I know I looked to diversify but I keep coming back for live direction like I was at my studio.

Today felt great...the word/intention that came to me was “openness.” I have some “peopling” to do today, looking for courage to express my true feelings in a way they will be well received and move toward “change.” Asking myself to be open to communication and compromise...an act of self-love to express my needs. 🙏🧘🏻♀️💕🥰

I have truly been enjoying this stretch!! I’ve noticed some I’ve stepped up my workout game that my lower back has been rather stiff and these first few stretches target the exact area that feels impacted!

I appreciate how informative you get with each pose. For example I could feel the stretch more when given advice to “push the pelvic towards the floor”
this was so wonderful. I loved balasana with thread the needle incorporated into it. It was such a good stretch after being at a desk all day. I loved that all the poses were low to the ground. Sometimes it's all I can manage after a difficult day. Namasté from Spain

Hi Kassandra! I love your after work yoga sessions as I sit at a desk all day. But even while at the office, me and my collegueas are doing two 5 minute sessions of stretching/mobilisation each day. One in the morning, and one in the afternoon. However, t's not always easy to find good exercises to do in normal clothing and without the ability to use the floor. Could you give us some inspiration? We would love a @work yoga flow video for all levels! Greetings from Belgium ❤
