This calorie-killing HIIT workout can be done at home in just 15 minutes.
The workout consists of one circuit, made up of 8 exercises. You'll do each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Do the circuit 2 times and you're done!
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a great way to burn fat and get in shape quickly. And the best part is that you don’t need any equipment. This workout will have you sweating and burning calories in no time. Save it for later, and try it out! 🙌

This is really good teaching. Paired with U-timer gym timer, 45S training reminder and 10S rest ,it becames very efficient.

Trying out all the 15 HIIT workouts I can. Yours is the third I've seen you did really well! A very good basic core strength maintaining routine. Thank you. As long as I'm sweating and hearing heavy by the end you got my vote.

​@@rockyblocks3733 it depends. Calories deficit and no workout means nothing to a guy who wants to look good. Exercise is essential, and intense training like the one that this guy posted are beneficial if combined with some way of weight training, or bodyweight training. For a fat dude, this training is a good start, and easy too.
