Roxanne!!!!! I LOVED this workout! So efficient n and unique. I love the compound moves. I'm sweating in only 15 minutes! Your channel is my go to for kettlebell workouts and I love how creative you are in switching from pilates to dumbbells to bodyweight; there's something for everybody. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

as everyone else said, i love this workout, the complex movements plus longer times help you get into it and kinda feel like youre mastering it and /or getting tired. i would love more like these. thanks for all you do!

I like this one a lot. It is great to test endurance AND strength with the longer timings per exercise. Good mind training too! I was watching it tonight, getting geared up to do it tmorrow morning. Thanks for keeping it intetesting! 👌💪😍
