It is an awesome one off product for Relieving foot pain minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend Sam at very last got cool results with it.

There are several ideas to try Try a natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be bought at your local grocery shop, is a great anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in a group of plants known as Cox inhibitors. This means they help inflammation naturally. Another good remedy for pain is Bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme got from pineapples. If you drink the raw juice or eat raw pineapple, you can gt advantage from the natural pain relief of Bromelain. Enzymes are one of the top remedies for pain because they are all natural and are what your body uses to cure inflammation (I learned these and more ideas from fergs foot formula website )

I've been suffering with this for around 8 months and I've never done the exercise before where you cross the opposite foot in front and then behind and I think it might be the key!!! No pain in my foot right now, I could cry!! Gonna do this every single day!! Thank you so much!

I did something to my plantar fascia while out geocaching over the weekend. I had to keep going so I put on my brace and decided I'd stretch later. I stretched a little and wore the brace. I was moving but uncomfortable. And without the brace, I was limping. By Tue, I needed help. I immediately thought, I wonder if Coach Kozak has help for me? RU-vid gave several options, but I knew HASFit was the one I wanted. (I've been working with your strength training for a few years.) Once through plus little repeats of what I learned. Today is Friday and I am without my brace. Pain is almost gone. I'm still stretching some but I am SOOOO thankful for your video. It helped immensely.

Its been really pain relief stretches. The first 2 exercises really felt the good strech from hip to bottom- the entire leg. Very thoughtful of you. I do a lot of walking n feel the pain in my entire legs n plantar fasciitis. Thank you so much.

Mr Kozack, I don't know but you have exercises that simply work.Immediately. I used your back stretches that helped enormously when I couldn't stand upright. For months I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis and suddenly thought you might do support videos for this condition. You can only imagine my relief when you do! Tried them straight away and the instant relief was incredible. You are the only one that knows the human body and how best it functions. Never met any other instructor to top you. Very grateful !

Hey coach! I absolutely love Hasfit workouts and have been doing them for 2 months. I've lost around 15 lbs. You are a gem of a person and I hope your channel continues to grow. My only concern is although I've lost a bunch of lbs, there is no significant inch loss in my waist and thighs. So how do you suggest I go about maximizing inch and weight loss simultaneously?

This is great. I have really flat feet, virtually no arch. As a result, I've had planter facitius (sp) several times with varying degrees of pain or discomfort. I can really tell this is going to be very effective for me and helping me to prevent suffering again. Thanks Claudia and Coach!

Thank you so much ! I will surely recommend this exercise to my friends. I have beef with sciatica pains on my left leg n can’t walk . Just taking muscle relaxant n for pain . WOW! I can't believe these videos appear just when I need them! I've been 'dealing with' foot pain for 6 months! I finally caved and went to the doctor Monday and they sent me for xrays!! lol ... Just wanted to thank you for this stretching routine. I was diagnosed last year with planter fasciitis in both feet (did eight weeks of physical therapy with no relief)! I've your workout for one week and I can honestly say that my feet are starting to feel better.

Andrew Kan here's a few ideas for plantar foot Make sure you rest your feet Try Wearing supportive footwear Try ice on your heel Take ibuprofen or another nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug to reduce pain and inflammation try night splints Try stretching and strengthening exercises. (I read these and the reasons they work from Rohon Foot Care site )

The timing on this is perfect as I have been experiencing some arch pain and toe cramping, especially first thing in the morning. It has not developed into full-blown facsitis yet and I do not want it to, but I am definitely getting some warning signs. What's so cool is that it makes a lot of other tight areas up into my legs feel magically better when I give my feet some love.

I experience a lot of heel and arch pain in one foot. I Did these stretches for first time today and some of them felt so good! A can of chickpeas did the job for the roller. You guys are great!

hey coach, thanks for this, I've been on it for the past couple of weeks, every morning (minus 2-3 days). I cannot see major improvements but I understand plantar fasciatis takes time to improve so I'm committed to carry on for at least 3 months. Now, my PF comes with an added bonus of Achiles Tendinitis. any chance to get a similar stretching/strengthening routing for AT so I can do both in the same package?

I have tried so many things to help with my foot and nothing seemed to work but this workout just doing it one time made my foot feels so much better rather than the things that I tried. I wish I saw this video a year ago instead of wasting my money on special socks and boots for my foot.

I love your videos so much and always feel great after a workout with you guys! However I've had a pretty messed up knee for a couple months now, and it has been making it so hard to not worsen the injury but to still get good exercise. Have you guys made/can you make a video about keeping your knees in good condition? I'm only 20 and both my parents have knee problems, so I'd love to avoid that life. Thanks!!!

Hi, I have been trying to implement these exercises. It's hard to see all that you are doing and what I am trying to achieve. When doing the first few - where and what should I be trying to feel? Then the one against the wall - it's difficult to see the angle you are getting, what I should be aiming for and what I should be feeling. I wish there were close ups and different angles. I definitely don't want to be doing these wrong and making things worse. Thank you!

Can this be hard on the knees? Tips for knees while doing?

The two stretches at the beginning are going to take a few tries to get used to. Coach, what stretch can I do so I can cross my legs more easily? I could barely cross my left leg over when we were supposed to massage our feet. Thanks!

Add in more of our flexibility and mobility routines. You can do them on rest days or after a workout.

Let us know how this routine works out for you! As for shin splints, we'd recommend foam rolling your shins as that works wonders.

Hi, coach and Claudia. I'm a senior woman and I've been exercising with you for almost 2 weeks now and i just love it, because i feel that you and me are there together. I have an achilles tendonitis problem as well and I'd like to know if these exercises for plantar fasciitis is recommended for that. And if you can help me with others exercises. Thanks in advance

Have seen so many conflicting ideas about going barefoot or not with PF, what is your thoughts about this? Some say never to go barefoot, some say you should.

Thank you so much for this! I know it's basically for relief from plantar fasciitis & heel pain, but I'm wondering if it is effective also for foot/ankle mobility issues? If not, will you consider adding a video to help in that area?

Yes this can work for foot and ankle mobility issues however if we were creating a dedicated routine for that it would include more ankle mobility drills. Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.

This one video may be all I need to take care of both problems then! So cool! Being overweight and spending 50 hours a week working on concrete have just about destroyed my feet and ankles. The pain and lack of mobility are a really big issue for me, so I cannot sufficiently express my appreciation. Your timing is awesome! :-)

There are many components to curing for plantar foot. One resource I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Natural Foot Wizard (google it if you're interested) definately the best treatment i've seen.look at all the incredible info .

This is a foot exercise. But the subtitiles hide it snd I could not see anything. You need to enlarge the foot part because I could not understand most of the stretches
