I've personally been through so many HIIT workouts on RU-vid, but this one is so far my favourite! The exercises are fun, challenging and made me sweat so much! :))
Another superb work-out. The shorter ones prove to be the hardest because there is no break in this one. The 30 seconds just keep rolling but I loved the variety of the exercises. Brilliant once again. Thank You Anna.

Wow i completed it and I felt so very energetic 🔥🔥 it's just 15min but so effective. I think you can do 12-15 minutes workout challenge series with advanced hiit, cardio, tabata and build muscle 💪 it's suitable for everyone include the busy and the lazy..😝 thank you for bringing everyone good energy 😘😘 love you ❤❤

Oh yay! This one was so FUN!! My mentality was really low today so I decided to choose something short instead of a regular 30 or 45 mins workout that will maybe stress me out more... and I have to say, unexpectedly, now since I finished, I felt so great and wanted to do MORE!!!! Thank you Anna so much for having this short yet challenging workout that totally boost my energy UP!!!
This was one of the first workouts I attempted back at the start of this year. I remember choosing it for its short length, but then being horrified that there were no breaks! I struggled through with many added pauses between exercises. Since then I've been attempting to do 2 of your 20-30 minute HIIT videos each week. Today in the middle of September I tried this one again and managed the whole thing without stopping! Super proud of myself :) Thank you Anna for making such great workout videos.

I don't know why but whenever I do this workout, I smell blood. One time, I had to check if was getting a nosebleed but there was nothing. I don't know if I should still continue. Any advice?
didn't really enjoy it. I just felt like all it was was jumping and then doing some sort of plank move over and over again. i like a bit more variety in my workouts
