15 min STANDING ARM WORKOUT | With Dumbbells | Upper Body

Join me for a 15 minute STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I'll be using 8 lb weights, but choose the weight that best suits your strength level. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and let's get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

I love your workouts, there are so many of them, and they are all so good and varied! I also love that you don’t have any superfluous chatter, and just stick to what it is we’re doing, and some motivational talk, keeps it real and keeps it simple. Keep it up and thank you!

I am nearly 60 with arthritis, but I’m determined to do your workouts, I love that you don’t keep repeating the same excerises all the time, I do use modification for abs, but have seen a real difference to my arms and abs, will carry on using your workouts, and you smile which is so encouraging 😀

Age 45, first time in my life I've worked out. Started a nice easy beginner routine with ddp yoga combined with a hasfit beginner program. Was feeling pretty good after todays stuff so I decided to look for an easy arm workout. Sculpt my guns, Ron Burgandy style. So I ran across this and just wow. Fun easy moves, standing only, decent soundtrack playing, this was just what I was looking for. Going to go through these other workouts and see what else might be here for me. Ya know.. I think of the years I missed out on so many things by being out of shape.. and I want to cry for those years that I wasn't at my full.. or really any level of.. potential. But I'm doing it now. It's never too late to start that transition. Even after only 3 weeks, I feel better, and some people at work have noticed some weight loss. I'm stronger and have more energy, Still not quite at the level where I can do proper squats or even a real pushup. But I'm going to get there. I guess its my long winded ass way of saying thanks for doing this for people. It makes a difference. You, are making a difference.

Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (0,45 kg) dumbbells but stopped at around 7 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

Thanks so much for your diverse weight training for arms....These are different from the norm, so appreciate not the same old arm exercises for biceps and triceps....And I am 64! You have to work harder as you get older to keep muscles from loosening and keep them looking good for summer clothing, and just staying as strong as possible 😊

I wanted to tone my arm muscles when my freinds started laughing at my hanging flesh in my arms and chest and big boobs. I could never put my mind to it. AND THEN this person came along and said that he did things, that he had been wanting to do and never did before,things he loved to do, in his free time. He did not waste his time on useless dates with women and always did something productive and satisfying. And now I did this 15 Min arm workout . I have now put my mind to do it everyday, just 15 minutes and make sure I use my time and life for other things I loved to do like reading books and learning music. Thanks for the inspiration.

I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and have learned that I need to go heavier than 5 pounds. Using 8 pounds was a challenge, but with your videos, I am more intentional instead of just slinging the weights around! Thanks!

I’m 72, I started lifting light weights at 26 w Arnold Schwarzneggers women’s weight lifting book which was wonderful, you’ve taken the exercises to a different level. I love it. I particularly like your 10 and 15 minute workouts, I don’t get bored and get a good workout. Thankyou so much!

This was a good quick arm workout 💪🏾 i'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow 😩 surprise myself by sticking with the 8lbs for all the exercises but one, the first lateral raise i drop to 5lbs, but next time I will try it all the way throught with the 8 and work my way up to 10s in a couple weeks. This was my first video of yours and I loved it. I'm just worn out after work, but I like to do a workout, so the 15 min was nice. Plus, no pushups! My wrists are damaged so I can't do those kind of moves, so this was very nice. Thank you! Subscribed!
