I used to work out regularly and walk A LOT and I was 52kg (114 lbs), looking very fit, feeling very light like a bird, free and mobile. I gained weight in the span of 2 years after covid lockdowns followed with a burnout from my last year of university, and finally depression. I am now 70 kg (154lbs), I'm a bit short so that's overweight for me I also lost almost all muscle that I gained steadily during all my university years and lost that mobility and feeling of lightness I was talking about. I still cant workout regularly because of depression but I do your workouts time to time. They are the only thing that I stick to as anything sportive. Yeah it is better to do these regularly and I gained weigth even when I am doing these but still, it is better than never doing and doing nothing. So thank you a lot, I'm not following you anywhere besides here bcs I dont use any other social media but as much as I see from these videos, I can't express how much I love you guys' attitude. I wish you alllll the best
couldn't help but relate to it so much. I feel the same way as you but hey you're atleast a step ahead of me by doing these from time to time, i just sit on couch hoping that one i would get the energy to do it. depression is hard, give yourself as much as time as you need. University does suck the life out of you. You deserve a break after all those years of grinding. Take care!

I was 168 for several years and now 150 pounds, but I want to be at 125. I just started your workout and I must say, its perfect for me. It's a bit tough for this 60+ gal, but its fun, got my heart pumping and my body sweating. I absolutely love this particular workout. Im working on getting my diabetic A1C down, losing weight and toning up. Thank you for your energy and positive video. Im hoping to try some of your others after I master this one. I've been watching this over and over. lt looks different , fresh, has moves that I haven't seen . I don't really enjoy cardio so this is going to be out of my comfort zone . Can't wait to do this in day 3 of the challenge
I'm here for anything "dance" completed the workout, had lots of fun til the last floor exercise 😄 wondered how I'm gonna get off this floor, lol! Just crawl around til someone comes home ... had a blast! Thank you much!!!

This is by far my favorite step to the beat workout!!! I love, love, loved it! ❤❤❤ It’s perfect! It’s short but not too short and it still gets my heart pumping. I feel energized now. And I especially appreciate how the moves are to the beat. The step to the beats that I found are low impact and they’re not a challenge to me. But this had more jumping and bouncing and it was fun!

The shuffle & skater jumps, the push up & up & downs were my faves & deliciously hard & that finisher kicked my butt but I'm definitely doing this workout again. Side jacks + twist was the move I really settled into and had fun with! But really my most favorite part was just seeing the enormous smiles and giggles sprinkled in every time either of you relived what just happened before this workout. Much love!

Hey J & T! I thoroughly enjoyed this workout. It actually didn’t feel like a workout. It was fun! The music was upbeat & the exercises will perfectly matched. I would love more workouts like this and maybe a longer duration, 30 minutes or more!
This was part of my 4week challenge, Day 3. And I totally underestimated this workout, I was like "aah, 15 minutes... easy peasy". But, man... this was intense!! I messed up the moves a few times and had trouble keeping up with the rhythm in some of the exercises. The 2 tucks and shoulder taps felt like it took more time than other exercises. My fav was the side-jacks + twists, but I had to learn the moves before the start as I am not used to workout in general. But I feel like i'm getting the hang of it, getting better day after day. Love your content, thanks for the AMAZING work, guys!

Considering I really try to stay away from the HITT workouts I have to admit this one wasn’t so bad! Consistently working has helped me to fill more confident to try even though I’m not fan lol! Thanks for helping me get out of my comfort zone and showing myself my full potential!

This is so fun! I honest enjoyed all exercises and I like the way you guys arrange it so it's very doable in between jumping and not jumping exercises (so I can catch my breath! lol). And keeping up with the beats definitely helped me a lot with pushing through cause I know myself always tends to slow down when I actually should not! And congrats to you!!
Absolutely loved this dance workout! Reminded me of some dance classes I took in college and I've been looking for something with a similar level of intensity and fun. I think Scorpio and Devil Machine were my favorite songs in the list. Would love to see more workouts + beats! Anything with some rhythm. Also congrats!
