Yoga cheyam, but avoid strenuous or difficult poses..you can do loosening exericise, breathing exercise, and pranayama like anuloma viloma and bhramari.. Always better to do it with proper guidance🥰🙏

Oro classum different ayirikum...normally yoga class 45 min to 1 hour undayirikum..and it depends on the age, any medical issues, experience of the student etc..ith njan 15 minute kond cheyan kurach yoga stretches anu udeshichat..is it difficult?
