Ever since I started doing pilates, I started to lose weight, became strong and flexible. My body looks more toned now. And the most important thing, listening to you every day made me a positive person. Thank you cassey. You are the best ❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@tuhimerameraa1 hey i started with doing the summer sculpt challenge. Then I followed daily workout playlist. The thing is I followed a diary and gluten free diet along with it. Hope this will help you 🥰
Cassey, I can't thank you enough, thank you for doing it with your sister, having the modification right there was so helpful! Thank you I really liked this format of training I liked the flow.
I was doing arms , thighs and obliques separately and you just uploaded having all in one. Love you Cassey. It’s been so long I have been following you and you know I have tried other people too but I keep coming back to you. Your energy attracts me and you are the best trainer. Trying my best to get in shape like you did.💜❤️
Same here, I do the occasional ab workout from someone else but Cassey's the one I always come back to :) Her personality is why her channel is still as big as it is despite the growing popularity of other fitness youtubers
Cassie Ho is by far the best pilates instructor online. She gives excellent directions that focuses on form. I don't even bother with other instructers. I get results when I do her videos. She is also a motivational speaker.. It's like getting a full dose of positivity.
I used to do your workouts every day and I was sooo in shape! I finally pushed myself to do this one (the first one in like.. almost a year 😭) and I feel so good! gotta get back into it
I've been attempting to exercise for at least 10 years at this point, and this is the first time I had a lot of fun doing it. I had no idea working out could actually be fun. And you explained every detail making it really easy, thank you
O my word! This is great. Thank you for showing a modified version. Please do this most often with your wonderful co-Pilate worker! You both did great! 👍🏾
A couple of years ago I went 7 months without having my period and was so confused about why it wasn't regular. I thought that my period was just very irregular and that it was normal for me. I then consulted a doctor, who told me that I was straining my body too much by overexercising and was not eating enough, for the amount of physical activity I was doing. When I heard that, I felt like it couldn't be true and that I was doing the best for my body by exercising well. But I went ahead and followed the doctor's suggestion and after 5 days of exercising less and eating more adequate amounts of food, I got my period back. I felt like it was magic, even though my body was giving me signs throughout, that I was exercising too much. Nowdays when I get my period, it's more like a sigh of relief, to know that I'm not overstraining my body and depriving it of the nutrients it needs.
I am so proud of you for figuring out what was going on and listening to your body !! our bodies always somehow know what’s wrong and we have to do our best to learn its language. thank you for sharing your experience and best of luck to you on your fitness journey xx
I did this workout as a part of the May calendar and this is my first time doing this. This workout is “SUPER FUN”✨💃🏻.It almost felt like dancing in a way.15 mins passed by without even me knowing it...and it 🔥ed for sure!
That was 16 minutes??? It went by so fast I was sure there was gonna be a second part after the Blogilates logo came up at the end, because it didn't feel like it should be over with! But one thing: a pique in ballet is when you prick/tap/stab the floor, actually what we did in the Hot Potato was a pique! When you bring your leg up to your knee, that's a passe! (If we want to get really technical, it's only a passe if you bring the foot up on one side of your leg and put the foot down on the other, but lots of people aren't that picky). The confusing thing is that there is a turn called a "pique turn" where the leg comes up to a passe position - it's called a pique turn because you pique with the other foot to move.
Ha, yes! I was just going to comment that what's being called a pique is actually a développé in ballet. Just because this is pilates doesn't mean misnaming/renaming a move that's taken from something else isn't irritating!
I came here to say the same thing wondering if this was slightly bugging any other dancers. The misnomer is strange since Joseph and Clara Pilates worked so closely with dancers but c'est la vie.
You and your sister are sister goals, my sister and I fight over everything 😂 and also we do the classic ripping each other’s hair when we were little. I think every sister has done that
Can't wait to do this one! Also I don't know about other blogilates lovers but I would love to see an arm challenge similar to the big ones you did so far, 100 abs, 100 glutes or 1000 abs!! Keep up the amazing work, it's so nice to see you grow and thrive while doing things you and we love!! ❤️
I have tried so many videos here on youtube, including Cassey's videos, now I'm on day 26 of the April 2021 calendar and I must tell you that I have never seen a better full-body workout. I didn't understand how time passed and the video ended. Love love love
CASSIE !! I’ve been following your workouts since summer before my 8th grade year. I just graduated and still watching you!! Can’t believe how much your business has grown and my workout journey along with it. THANK YOU!!
I've been working out with you for about 8 years now (I think) and my body knows whats coming as soon as it hears "Hey guys! Cassey here" Really really grateful for all you do - from Australia
calendar video 2 of 3 on 24 jan 2022. this was SO fun!!! fast-paced but luckily could switch to beginner version that Jackelyn showed when our muscles got too fatigued. 💕 L&W
Day 1 doing this workout and I love it honestly this might be one of my favorite workouts I’ve ever done period. I’ve never tried Pilates before but I’m happy this is full-body so I can workout each part I love it.
I'm getting back into working out after a very long pause and I wanted something challenging but easier on my body then cardio and hit and this was honestly perfect. I felt it working and it was definitely a challenge
I am seriously loving and enjoying these POP Pilates classes! So much fun. Focusing on the great music, moves and just having lots of fun! The energy's beautiful too! (I am incredibly obsessed but not the slightest ashamed about it!!)
Please post more of these!!❤️ I love the style of these videos but don’t want to have to pay to see the rest of them in the POP course! I’ve never felt so motivated during my workout
This was my first time doing something like pilates and i loved it! For someone who doesn’t really work out and has a hard time working out this was awesome!!!!
I cannot express how grateful I am to you for the energy, positivity and enthusiasm you bring to Pilates and for bringing joy to workouts that can often be challenging! Thank you so much, Casey! Your positivity has helped me navigate some difficult emotional terrain these past 6 months! xxx 🤩
For one, owe. I am in so much pain(mostly from the thighs). For two, it was still fun and that was the quickest 16 minutes of my life. And for three, that was my first time trying pilates and it reminded me so much of dance that i want to keep doing it. Update of day 2: thighs are still incredibly painful. But i could do more of it than yesterday and i felt much more graceful doing the movements Update of day 5: I was finally able to complete it without taking any breaks and it feels so great.
Here for the July 2021 calendar! I really loved this video, the OG pop pilates format honestly made me forget I was struggling because the music was so enjoyable. I hope you'll do more videos like this. I was so sad when it was over!
Hi Cassey! I just wanted to share, I'm 29 and just had my 3rd baby. I've always been active and in shape, i worked out with you during this last pregnacy up until the last 2-3 months of it due to bad sciatic pain! Im currently doing the 21 day challenge on the Blogilates app. Im loving it, and see and feel myself getting stronger everyday! There was moves i could barely do being 7 weeks postpartum but now im doing all the moves without breaks! I do the workouts first thing in the morning before all the kids are up (or sometimes if all of them awake with me) i gotta get it done and in! I just wanted to tell you and cant wait to see the end results!
come back soon and update us with your results, both physical and mental !! I’m so proud of you for finding time in your day, especially as a mom of 3 (amazing !!!), to take care of yourself and your body xx
I took before and after pics more myself. (Im off facebook and instagram so they were just references for me) but i definitely see a diffrence and i know i lost a few lbs. I dont own a scale but i know i at least dropped 4 lbs more. I love that i feel my core so much stronger. And just stronger in general. So ive been keeping it up now that the 21 day challenge is over. I still have some work to do to get where i want to be. Thank you!! You are sweet!
@@kirstenbarbero1099 that’s incredible !! you’re working so hard - you will absolutely continue making progress and seeing/feeling changes :) and thank you !! I wanted to share some extra love and support to friendly internet strangers today haha xx
This summer will mark 3 years that I have been working out with you and your videos. I am forever grateful for what you have done for me. I love blogilates ❤️
I first found you’re workouts when my teacher posted it for dance. Since then I’ve been a huge fan. You’re so happy and supportive. This is one of my favorite videos!
Wow!! I loved this workout so much. I’ve never done one of your workouts that’s in this format before-something about the pace really keeps my attention and pushes me to keep going! Plus, I sometimes struggle with really feeling my obliques get targeted, and I definitely felt it with this one. I might try and do this a few times a week. Thanks, Cassey!!
Cassey growing up working out to your videos since 17, I realized you have rly shaped my mindset about exercise, health, body positivity (not the toxic kind lol), nutrition, and optimism. You are seriously the perfect role model, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!! ♡♡♡ keep being you and keep growing!
one of the things i loved about this was that doing the rounds was such a good stimulation and motivator for me! I normally haaaate tricep dips and i often end up kind of collapsing or giving up when after the round of them has started because i mentally give up, but becuase i knew there were only 4/8, i did all of them!!! and this will help me build up my confidence and mental capacity for them :))) thank you cassey!!
I followed you... Like when your channel was just starting and it was fantastic, at that point I was tight and toned .. had a deep yoga practice and incorporated your pilates + dancing... Fast forward 9 years.. I became 60lbs overweight ... In tons of pain and just not healthy (and no I don't smoke or drink.. and ate a predominantly plant based vegetarian diet BUT was high in carbs) -- you know what changed!? ... I stopped working out, I was working overtime too much and had way too much stress and insomnia and resulted in metabolic, immune and hormonal disorders. Alas.. I've started intermittent fasting, I dance every day and lift super heavy weights.. I've dropped 35, have 25 to go. So here I am.. back on your channel AND GUESS WHAT! I CANT DO IT AT ALL. Even the most basic moves are hurting so bad, there is so so much weakness and no flexibility. Tell me, why... What does this signify? Even though I'm lifting heavy and doing crazy cardio.. why can't I do pilates? How long does it take to go from beginner to intermediate? Thanks much love and gratitude ❤
I've been doing Cassey's workouts for three years now. This is the first time I could do the seal crunches and really feel it without doing the modification! Yay!!!
Hi Cassey Recently I have broken my foot really badly and am now in a boot and crutches, I have been told that I'm most likely not going to do sport for another 6 months but I have been watching your videos for years and I knew that if I was going to stay strong, is if I would have to use your videos. They have been super helpful and thanks to your videos I have had so many good reports and my bones have reattached. Still a long time till I can play sport but I am getting even stronger then I was before. Just wanted to let you know that you help so many young women and inspire them to be better. Love you
I really enjoy the choreography combined with your sister! I’d love another one like this 😌 also whenever I say pique drag I yell it and it helps my burning 😆 Edit: 3 years after watching Cassey and those tricep kick n dips are still killer!
I loved this workout! At first I was experiencing a little bit of back pain when doing the thigh moves, but then I slowed the playback speed of the video down to .75x so I could focus on form and that really helped!
Hi Cassie! I love your workouts and videos! All the different types and lengths of the workouts are really helpful to be able to choose from to create my own workout combination depending on the day. I hate to be that person, but as a dancer I keep slightly cringing hearing “Pique drag” when it really is a “Passe drag”. Pique: to prick Passe: to pass (through). I know that the wording doesn’t matter to most people, but since no one else has said anything about it yet, I feel like I needed to mention it. Not trying to be negative, but I just wanted to throw that out there. 😅
I have a knee injury so I had to stop doing my usual Blogilates and other exercises for a couple of weeks to let it start healing. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to do all of these, with some help from Jackelyn doing the modifications. Thanks Cassey!
Casey I love you so much and will forever be thankful that you introduced be to the world of Pilates. I am a dancer and this has helped me stay fit and even helped with my dance. But I do have to say it’s not a pique drag it’s a posse drag. Again no hate I love you so much and this video is amazing ❤
I looked at the video yesterday and thought that doing it would be easy but today when I did it it was very painful but cassey talked through it and it was very helpful
