the pigeon posse felt so good at the end wow. but that chaturange to down dog AND then feet in the air... wow.... good challenge!!! THANKS!

So many up & down dogs and your dog is nowhere to be seen. Oh the irony. Loved this flow nonetheless.

This practice was a hell of a workout I felt every bit of it. However, it was a great stretch througout each movement. ✨️🪬🕉🧿☮️

Loved this! I did this flow in the morning and it really helped awaken my body…I definitely felt it in the arms during those down dogs. Thanks Bird 💗
