Just jumped into the rental/lease scene. Before I was against it, and my perception at the time was it was for low tier agents. But fast forward to now I’m actually giving them a chance because they play into my business plan of having a rental/leasing division as part of my team. Quick cash also.
Just enrolled in the Rental Boss course! I've been in the business for about 7 months now and only closed on one deal so far. Since the beginning I've felt like I started at a halfway point. Not having the experience behind me and trying to convince buyers/sellers to work with me when I'm not even all that confident in my skills yet. Then I found your videos on youtube and that spark of drive set in and I feel like I can do rentals confidently! I've only just purchased Rental Boss so I've got a ways to go but I'm feeling excited about this industry again! Thanks Chastin!

Taking my exam dec and leases is definitely what I want to make my niche. I’ve definitely heard so many people tell me there isn’t much money in it so it’s great to hear it come from someone who’s actually living it!
Great interview. The best way to get in to the market and used to doing paperwork is through rentals. Our hope is that Renters become buyers, but let’s not forget that our renters being referrals through our great works. She’s going to do amazing on your team.

Thank you guys so much for this video. I am a new Realtor and I wanted to start with leases because I’m still working a full time job and I felt like this would help me build my business in real estate. This video definitely confirmed for me that I was on the right path and to keep consistent.
