Eat in a smaller plate, so that you don’t overfeed yourself, and drink plenty of water so you will feel full when eating. Furthermore, try to eat less sugary food but don’t completely get rid of it or else you will have an urge to eat them. Overall, just eat when you need to and not when you want to (wanting to eat chips or drink soda), exercise for at least 30 minutes, and try to eat healthier options (diet coke).

Overweight person can target 1-2kg per month and continue for a long term to see good stable result. Otherwise, the lost weight will come back ,, once we stop workout.
Without cardio no matter how many crunches u do till puke ,you won’t get six pack !! And less carb diet unless it’s mere impossible to get results!! These exercises are good for core but ultimately without control on ur diet its a tough call to get results!

When you stick to such long reps (anything more than 15-20reps) going to bring spinal injury and posture issues !! Puts on bed for long time to a nowhere returning point. Don’t f around get lost !

Ideally it’s healthy to loose 2.5 lbs a week and for a pro around 4-5 lbs !! I personally don’t recommend a diet below 1650 calories to cut weight ! With that mans weight and size he is atleast eating 3500+calories a day , to loose 1kg u have to burn 7700 calories day + the food that u eat that makes 10k calorie burn !! Let’s the people decide !! 😉

Guys always remember diet it more important than the actual working out.. you can even loose weight without doing exercise or cardio just be sure you are in a calorie deficit.. meaning eating 200-400 calories less than your maintainance calorie
@@rahatahmed1462 i am not suggesting that you should eat just 200-400 calorie on a whole day.. i am saying you should eat 200-400 calories less than your maintenance calorie.. for example if your mantenance is 1800 calorie you should eat 200 less than that and that would be 1600 calories.. hope that helped you

Reduce rice/roti by half Half one bowl full of fresh raw vegetables (not cooked) Take 3-4ltrs of water Have 2 eggs each with breakfast and lunch. Or have 150-200gm fish or meat or paneer (100gm ).daily. Brisk walk 2km daily . Or jog /run 2km . Sure to reduce 2kg per week .
Raw veggies??? It is not safe because so many chemicals are used for growing vegetables. Having 4 whole eggs a days will definitely kill you in a month 😂 Kuch bhi
