It's time to get sweaty with this 17 minute intense HIIT workout. This is a full body workout so you will be burning calories and fat through out the full body. It is SO important to warm up for at least 10 minutes before this workout. This will help you prepare your muscles and prevent injury before jumping into it.
This workout requires no equipment! I am using a mat and shoes for support, if you have them, use them! Grab some water and make sure you take breaks through out the workout and listen to your body.
Here is a breakdown of the workout:
1. Squat Jacks
2. Knee Push Up w/ Crunch
3. Plank jump Out and In
4. Burpee
5. Squat w Opposite Knee to Elbow
6. Glute Bridge Marches
8. Leg Lift to Squat Jump
9. Skip in Place

the before and after is so relatable 😅 would you ever make a low-impact routine for those times where you don't wanna go as hard? cause i'm gonna need that after this workout hahaha

jungkooks babygurl what are you fitness goals? It’s different for everyone based on what your diet is, and lifestyle, etc. It’s definitely a long lifestyle change to see lasting results. If you are willing to put in the work you will 100% see results, as far as how long, it’s different from person to person. Sorry I hope that helps
