It's time to get sweaty with this 17 minute intense HIIT workout. This is a full body workout so you will be burning calories and fat through out the full body. It is SO important to warm up for at least 10 minutes before this workout. This will help you prepare your muscles and prevent injury before jumping into it.
This workout requires no equipment! I am using a mat and shoes for support, if you have them, use them! Grab some water and make sure you take breaks through out the workout and listen to your body.
Here is a breakdown of the workout:
1. Squat Jacks
2. Knee Push Up w/ Crunch
3. Plank jump Out and In
4. Burpee
5. Squat w Opposite Knee to Elbow
6. Glute Bridge Marches
8. Leg Lift to Squat Jump
9. Skip in Place
