This week we have another manufactured home tour! This is an 18 x 44 single wide that was delivered back in October that is now ready for a tour. The folks who purchased the home were kind enough to allow us back to shoot some video and I'm so excited to show off the end result! The home is 792 square feet with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The spot they chose for their new manufactured home allows them to enjoy forest views out every single widow.

This home was my first time doing an 18' wide single wide, we typically do more 16' wide models. As soon as you enter the home you can really feel the difference those extra 2 feet make! The home is compact in length but there is still more than enough room throughout, it doesn't feel cramped in the slightest. I'm so excited about this plan that I ordered it again for a lot we're working on in Countryside MHP, it is set to arrive the first part of December.
