These older vans from GM , Chrysler and Ford were better mechanically compared to the new generation of vans ( European design ) . The ride was also smoother with these older vans .
People in suits are the biggest criminals...maybe not in this case but an $8000 vehicle new then was about $1000 in materials to produce and 3 or 4 years later your driving around in a rust bucket that your still making payments on that's how new at the time American cars were in the early mid 80s
Did anybody see the cyclist stuck to the back bumper. Man that van creamed him good that'll teach that paperboy from riding in front of traffic again. Good for them.
I find it amazing that American vehicles gets so little power from such huge engines. The fuel this country has wasted over the years is truly mind blowing.
