1990s Philips G90AE Television Resurrection Attempt 

I am so happy that my Streetfind TV from SABA has just some lose (Bad Solder) Components and now it works just fine. The same Philips Tube is okay, but not the Best. Minimal Convergence problems in the corners. Thank you for the Video. My TV is from 1992

Super Planar tube. Notice no static convergence magnets. Often they'd have a magnetic wrap to fix purity issues.

Being a 14 inch Philips tube of that era, I wonder if it would be compatible with the Philips CM8533 / 8833, BBC monitors, Commodore 1084SP etc.

It's a shame but I think I'd probably not continue with it either, that many bodge wires near the lopt feels a bit too dicey even for a set that you keep just for yourself!

Worth checking out those round Wickmann type fuses, as they used to fail randomly from time-to-time. Shame about the condition as it seems like a nice little set, otherwise.

well, it's clearly a well built TV though. at the very least you can probably salvage that tube. if the PCB shattered early on, it might have just been sitting in a dusty spot for a long time and not be too worn
