If those are new lifters they need to be blead down if you do not bleed them before trying to start the motor u will bend every valve in that head lokkt it up is extremely important
Tricky4g63 if they are new lifters nothing needs to be done to them other than installed. If they are used or used revised 3g then yes they need to be Bled before installing cams
