What I have learnt in my 5 years of Gym life is that The best way to hit the muscle right is to develop a good mind muscle connection. Believe me when u have developed this, your body will automatically fix your form so that u hit the right muscle.

You are right.No Indian RU-vidrs even close to him in term of knowledge. Even he has vast knowledge of biology and how hormones work in the body which no other indian RU-vidrs have. All indian RU-vidrs have very common basic videos. He is the only Indian who have some very unique deeply explained videos.

@vaibhav mantri You are talking like illiterate guy who enter the gym and see a steroid bodybuilder doing a exercise and start copying them straight away just thinking that he has good body whatever he is doing must be good not even knowing if he this exercise good or bad for you. There are so many trainer who train celebrity and don't have good physic and looks very ordinary guy. There are so many bodybuilder who don't even have the basic knowledge of bodybuilding. Having good body doesn't make you knowledgeable and vice versa.

In your dumbbell rowing, the dumbbell is moving at a tangent and not in line with the gravity. Hence no tension on the lower lats due to the dumbbell.

I have been following u for almost a year or more and trust me no one gives me the knowledge that u give I mean from grip to proper form and not only that u also inform which muscles to hit which is actually what everyone needs to know, with proper form and no knowledge about which musle to hit its like half info and half info is dangerous. I am not any expert am just a beginner but as per Athlean-X. You could correct somethings in your workout to activate the lat more. In the bent over row the last one try pulling with your lat and make sure the dumbell is on your hip and slowly in a swing motion release it and pull your elbow more when pulling the dumbell. Cable row back should have been straight, you was bending. Sorry if I hurted your sentiment but this is the truth. There are two types of bent over row, you was doing the other one but to target the lower lat pull the dumbell towards your hip and use your lat to pull the weight up. Also your back wasn't straight in the last excercise, I too have this problem cause am a beginner. But running a RU-vid channel you must know what's a perfect posture or form. Many people learn from you and follow you.

About straight back ihave seen many pros thier backs are straight and others not 'but the best exercise for dumbble row is doing it on bench to make sure u doing right with no swing back and get more lats activation and get full range of motion with contraction

Very nice tips! One suggestion: to show the difference in lower lats activation with overhand and underhand grips, you should train your camera on your lats (possibly with shirt off) so that we can see the difference in the wrong and right ways.
