Is your training getting stale, or perhaps you want to try something new? In this video, Ben goes through 2 unique styles of training - the mechanical advantage drop set and the heavy light contrast. The mechanical advantage drop set consists of you usually choosing a compound movement, and decreasing how difficult the movement is across sets. And in the heavy light contrast a heavy compound movement is chosen, which is followed by a lighter movement with high reps.
