Same here. I used to think flexibility is not something one has to work on, like it's already there, but man, was I wrong. I am amazed at how flexible Maddy is. Incredible. She must have worked for years to achieve this kind of stretch.
These are some of my favorite workouts from your channel! ❤️ You should do a stretching/flexibility workout challenge in the future! I'm sure that would benefit a lot of people as we don't always prioritize stretching as much as we should.💜
I also hope that that Madfit will do a stretching challenge in the future. I have been trying to do more stretches and it would be motivating doing a challenge to keep me accountable.

this channel is the reason I'm able to do the splits. I learned it two years ago and have just kept stretching since. I've recently been diagnosed with arthritis, and the fatigue and stiffness is affecting a lot of my body. This stretch has been a phenomenal help for me. I can slowly see that I'm developing my stretch, in turn my body feeling better. I have also been doing the 30 min stretch video too when I have more time. this is a fantastic video! Game changer!!.
I tried this after running a little bit this morning in preparation for being in a vehicle and then a few airplanes tomorrow. I definitely could see myself needing this more than once a week. Regardless of how many times I stretch after my workouts, adding in a flexibility routine intensive is a good idea for me. Thank you.
Hi, Thank you so much for this workout. I have been doing it every morning (6 days a week) since last October 2023. I'm 59 years old and this is PERFECT for me. I used to be so stiff and achy all the time, but since I have been doing this routine, I feel very different, I never ache anywhere and my body feels wonderful all the time now! I took a really long hiatus from running. Over a year. I’m recently falling back in love with running and I’ve been dying to find a good stretch routine for my hips and I love this video. Thank you. It was like scratching an itch.
even though I am flexible I still did this and it help my arms and neck a lot for the first two! this really helps and I could not find any other good 20 minute stretch so this was a life saver! it helped me with just getting me woken up for the day!

I just wanted to say, as someone with sciatica issues for years from improper yoga technique (especially in forward fold), I SO appreciate the cues on hinging at the hips with a flat back and how mindful you clearly are about keeping people safe in those poses. I was scared to get back into doing stretching for fear of flaring up again so this video was perfect! Thank you!!❤❤
Absolutely loved this flexibility stretch! I have a Dance Dance Revolution game and dance pad, so today I added this flexibility routine to my work out. Altogether I burned over 480 calories in an hour and 19 minutes! I hope to be able to do the splits one day, so I will keep adding this to my routine and see how it works out!!

I love stretching so much. I used to stretch so much as a teenager and stopped in my 20s. Yheres times in certain areas it feels good and uncomfortable but as the muscle releases and at the end I just feel so relaxed and much better than before! Thanks Maddie for all you do!!
Been doing this and one of your ab workouts for a little less than a month, i can now do a saddle stretch without having to bend my legs and while being able to get my torso mostly on the ground which i never thought i would be able to do and my core is noticeably stronger 👍

I love your stretching videos, i stopped a while ago and this morning decided i need to start working out/ stretching again, i feel so stiff… i was wondering if you would ever do a stretching video focused for the back. This stretch felt so good! I'm so out of shape post bunion surgery and movement is killing me! Hopefully this stretch session will help with post workout pain
I absolutely love these stretches! I have been doing butterflies wrong my entire life! Also when I attempted to touch my toes I never pushed my butt back so I have only ever been able to reach my knees but just with that modification I am already down to my lower shins in only 2 weeks! Thank you for really breaking these stretches down for us, and correcting my bad form.
On the road to flexibility; I cannot to straddle stretch at all at the moment, But I can't wait to see improvement as I practice these stretches more often!

Wow this Stretch routine is amazing ! It's complete, relaxing, makes you uncomfortable as well, the pace of the video is perfect. Easily one of the best I've seen in a long time ! And it can really help for your splits as well ! Very good job here! Do you think it's better to do before or after workout ? Or only during rest days ? I'm kinda new to this stretch/yoga journey. Great coming to this after a few months of Sean Vigue Fitness. I'm no bendy Wendy, but apart from the straddle at the end (90 degrees max for me) I could do this. Normally come to Maddie for abs, obliques etc and Sean for the flexibility. Great change of roles.

Hey, I love your stretch routines! Hope you are well? I am a dental hygienist and my dad has very curved spine so I’m fighting with a very stiff spine! I am now seeing the osteopath monthly after I strained my back lifting….it was so bad I had to cancel patients…. The osteopath says the thoracic spine just doesn’t move! What I’d love would be if you could pretty please do a more advanced stretch routine so I can progress from your basic ones. Thank you! Kate in the UK xx

I was always moving and stretching in dance when I was younger and I feel like I just haven't been moving my body as much since I've been in college. I know I'm flexible but this stretch is just what I needed🧡

I have a 8 month old herniated lower disk in the back and a few year old torn meniscus in my knee and I am going to try this for an entire month 3 times a week to help improve me. I didn’t push myself today but it was challenging hopefully this will work out and get me stronger on top of me trying to doing home work out.
