Yes, yes, yes! 👍I loved this quick cardio workout so much! ❤It was perfect for adding on after my 35-minute Hourglass Shoulders and Glutes workout. Just what I needed to round everything out, get my HR up, and sweat! 💦 This is going on repeat for anytime I need a quick cardio blast.

New sub! I’ve been doing your workouts on and off for a few months and I’m so sorry that I haven’t subscribed before now. I keep coming back to them because they’re so effective and sweaty, but ultimately FUN! That’s the biggest reason I keep coming back. If I can sweat and have fun, then I’m ALL IN!
