Join me for a 20 minute LEGS AND BOOTY WORKOUT to shape your glutes and sculpt your leg muscles. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. In this routine, I'll be using a set of 8lb weights. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Intervals will be 45 seconds on, with a 30 second superset, and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

This morning my irritation level was at 100 on a scale of 1-10. But as soon as I did this workout, I felt better, thanks to the intensity of the workout and Mik's great attitude 🙂

This is the Legs and Booty, legs and booty ultimate workout!! All the moves, pulses and holds are awesome! I like how Mik said to think about lifting under your glute when doing the back leg lifts to knee in, it really helped me to work even more into the booty!! Great workout and burn 🔥💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!
