I am 29 years old woman with a weight of 102kg. I've started my weight loss journey, today i've completed the 15 mins arm workout with dumbbells and now the 10 min Cardio party HIIT workout. I get unmotivated easily and go back to my horrible habits. Please like this comment so I can come back time and time again to do the workout. Thank you in advance for your warm energy!

6 weeks and 3 days in - Mikaela, you helped me regain my self respect! 54 years and meopausal: I was stuck at a weight that was IM POS SIB LE to get rid of. Now the crucial 2,5 kilos less, fat % down, muscle % ups and tge centimeters show! Not only my trousers, piled up to be given to charity fit me again, but I am energetic, tall and slim (not really, but relatively speaking) with pride, and your exercises make me want to keep going. Yes agreed 👍 I used it as a warm up for my 40mins Pilates class with Posture Tonic. Enjoyed the music and the combo moves. This was part of Mikala’s 8 week winter programme I think which I loved ❤😊

LOVE THIS!!! Exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy that there's no squats or lunges, because I usually do those separately and can't do them as part of my hiit workout. This was so fun, too!

I did this one from the choices today for the April Calendar and it was first thing in the morning after tablets and insulin and large glass of water but before my double espresso … Wow it spikes the heart rate! Great little 10 minute workout which packs a punch for first workout of the morning! ❤❤❤ Loved it. Thanks Mikaka!
