I have been working out with you for 2 weeks and I started feeling stronger physically and I feel confident, strong. I am thinking if I should upgrade to 3 kg dumbbell or should I continue with 2 kg another 2 weeks. I feel that work out isn't too challenging with 2 kg dumbbell on each arm.
Oh This is amazing to hear 💕 Your hard work is paying off! 💪 persistence and consistency is everything. You can increase the weight but keep the 2kg close by, that way if you fatigue you can drop the weight to 2 and continue working. When you feel like things are not challenging you or they may feel too easy you can increase the weight. Always gauge how you feel. You can even warm up with the lighter weight to prepare your muscles and then try increasing the weight. Training is all about connecting to your body and being in tune with what it’s feeling. Also confidence is important and it grows every time you train 💕 looking forward to hearing more of your journey xx
After letting the gym membership expire during COVID, I started doing home workouts with dumbbells and bands. Needing more variety, I came across your videos and they are excellent! Great form examples, pacing, and variations. The muscle grouping illustrations really help to concentrate on doing it properly.
