Please do more videos like this, not too hard or easy. Just the right length of time 20-30 minutes. Loved it!

That was a great practice complimented by the core strenghthening workout videos with sliders you uploaded not long ago. I acquired a yoga block three weeks ago and I am glad I was able to use it throughout an entire practice! Thank you, Candace! :D

I definitely need to put this into my workout routine. My core it is pretty weak. And I am recovering from a bike crash, sprained wrist and shoulder. I will have to go slow to build up some strength.
