I been doing the bas rutten training cds since 2005 on and off, there are 2 boxing workout 2 min 10 rounds and 3 min 7 rounds, your workout reminds me a lot of those 2 workouts. I will give it a try.
Most workouts are the same. But there are some different videos available and my program members will see them first before RU-vid does. My program also offers a 1:1 call with me to discuss boxing/fitness goals and struggles and a meal plan.
At least 3 times a week! I have more workout videos that you can watch in my channel also so you can have different workouts. Yes run 2-3 times a week. I’ll make a video about that soon!
@boxingwitheddie thank you so much i love watching your videos!!! Would you say do one work out one day and the next day just run and so on so fourth? Aslo would you recommend a day rest in between or works out 7 days a week?
