This is a simple breathing meditation for when you want to meditate, and you don’t want music or a lot of talking, you just want a bit of help quieting your mind, relaxing and getting into the right headspace then time and space to do your own thing.
The meditation is part guided - with 10 minutes of simple guidance, just gently helping you to relax, then 10 minutes of silence to help you rest in pure stillness.

You can sit or lie down for this, do whichever you prefer.
Without music external noises might seem more noticeable. If you hear any distracting sounds in your environment; allow anything you hear to bring you further into the present moment and deeper into meditation. Let go of distractions by focusing on your breath.
This meditation can be done any time of day, morning or evening, whenever you'd like some time to meditate.
