Not gonna lie it was challenging! I’m a med student and lately I haven’t had time to do much yoga although I love it. I’ve been too tired to do the things I love and that was upsetting. I’m glad I gave myself the time to do this practice.
Whoa gotta do this one again… a bit confused on the first side even though your cues are spot on. Rather have this kind of challenge flow than a boring one! Keeps me on my toes 💜
I truly loooove these creative dance funky flows. I feel like a dancer when doing them and my transitions are way more controlled and fluid. Thank you 🙏🏼 so much Tana for putting out these practices. God bless and love you all ✝️🙏🏼💜
Not my favorite but I appreciate your funkiness! I was too focused on what the heck was happening to be comfortable and calm in the practice but still thank you for your effort
Wow, these are so hard to do just from hearing you! I have to figure out how to position my computer so I can always see you. I LOVE these practices, but I spend so much time pausing to see what you're doing! If anyone has any tips, I would be grateful!

Lovely class … love the variety of movements plus the strength part of it is amazing.. would love to hold these strengthening poses a bit longer so it gets even more spicy 🌶️😉.. Thank you 🙏🏻 great class as always ❤
