What an incredible way to incorporate some movement in on my first day vacationing in Hawaii. I did this after 30 mins of full body with Sydney Cummings and this was the icing on a cake that I needed . Thank you Paul ❤

This session is excellent. I combine this by starting with a 25 to 30 minute free weight routine then I do this session. Gives me the best workout.

Another fantastic session Paul. Decided to do a 10+ minute high cadence warm up on the flat before starting this new session for the first time. Didn't realise there would be standing sprints at the end for which I needed to raise my output and heart rate to 10 out of 10 to complete. This required a long warm down and stretch period but the rewards are well worth it. Thanks again Paul.

Short and sweet. Perfect tacked onto the end of the tabata session. Love how there is no filler or hanging about. Full on. There's just something about the way you deliver these Paul, it's very infectious. Your enthusiasm, humour, seriousness, encouragement.

This is perfect for an intense but short ride! He’s such a great instructor, definitely one of my favorites. Perfect to do this ride in addition to my strength or yoga since it is only 20 min.

I really enjoy these sessions,I would like one with extreme mountains and with a real mix of perceived efforts...looking to build stamina and endurance....you are a good instructor and many of us are waiting for always...your next sessions👍
