20 Minute Morning Yoga Flow Workout this is a class aimed to strengthen, tone, and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime.
This is a workout has the right combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

Nice way to start my morning on a rest day after a long hike yesterday. I didn't want a full-length session, as my body needs rest, but I did want to stay mobile. This was perfect.

Hi Tim- Love the instruction on the bridge pose for moving from the outer should rather than tucking the shoulders. Which... I normally do. It is very different and I found access to a whole new bunch of muscles! Splendid as always. Thank you!!!

Hello Tim! I wanted to suggest a yoga video focused on shoulders, cervical spine and neck. As a student I spend a lot of time seated looking down at the table and at the end of the day I feel like I need a good stretching. Thank you very much 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

Is there a standard vinyassa flow? Chataranga, up dog, then down dog? Chataranga, then down dog? What's the norm? Nice Sunday flow. Thanks.

Thanks Jim! The standard "vinyasa" in a flow sequence is chaturanga, up dog, down dog... However, yogis with shoulder or back stuff or if your arms are toast after a few, consider skipping it completely or modifying :) Hope this helps!

@@yogawithtim Thanks. I only ask as sometimes you say, "And move back to down dog, but if you want to take a vinyasa, go ahead." The only problem is that sometimes you move on to the next move and I haven't quite made back to the down dog. I'll work it out - thanks for the prompt reply.

At the end of this practice, I was attacked by my dog with kisses and laying on top of me! Literally is the best kind of meditation/corpse pose! Loved this juicy morning practice, thank you tim! Namaste!
