I love this isolated series, i think this the best series that you ever done, Please make more more more video of isolated series for other muscle group like calves, back, outher thight, leg, underbut and other. Please do outher thigh isolation. I love love love the one you already have for saddlebags, but it doesn't hurt my legs anymore, even if I use some calves weights. I would really love a 20 minutes saddlebags workout. Your videos are the only ones that makes me pray to stop every time, I adore them!

I started today and it was super hard for me Edit: It’s been 2 weeks and except for 1-2 days I did this workout every day so I can see changes in my waist. The results are great 🤩 so I’ll continue and come back here again. Edit: It’s been a month and this video really helped me burn my fats. I feel better and my waist looks better. I’m gonna continue and let’s see what will happen.

i hate working my obliques because they´re like super weak, but i love working my obliques because i want them stronger! it was very hard for me to get thru this video, especially after two other workouts from the calendar, but i did it and i´m really glad that i did! for anyone who needs to hear it, just start. just press play. if you can´t do something, do a modification, take a longer break, but do it. it´ll be so worth it.
Omg I did this yesterday and literally lost almost an inch off my waist! I’m already skinny and workout often, but I haven’t been able to lose anything off my waist in like a year! Ahhhh!

I’ve been doing blogilates vids since 2015 and this is my favorite oblique video because it has all of the moves Cassey has ever taught in one video. I’m currently doing this every other day and I’m seeing results very quickly.
Idk why there's dislikes but I think she's fantastic and super nice & bubbly! I'm gonna add her workout tutorials to my life so I can get fit & be much healthier and lose 30 pounds.
This serie is the best! I'm lazy and total or even upper/lower workout are a hell for me. With the isolated serie I know I suffer for 20 min but at least it's finished after (I'm not tought enough to do 2 videos in a row). It's been a week, I try to do a video a day, not always successful but I'm really motivated to continue! I have done all the videos so I will do them again. My only regret: I already know what you will say as the sound in the video doesn't change ^^' Thank you Cassey!!
wow I did this yesterday as I didn't have time for a full on workout that morning, and today my obliques are super sore (in the best way of course 😉) I found the ballerina twists to be difficult but other than that I'm surprised at how much I was able to accomplish! thanks so much Casey!
It's really tough that kind of exercises without worm up.. It will be kind if you make some at the beginning and stretch at the end.. As they are truly condensed and cause alot of muscle cramps.. And thank you for your efforts

Doing this made me realize how out of shape I've become. I saw this video and said, "I can totally do this, this looks easy." I used to workout and do your videos religiously. I STRUGGLED THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH! Hopefully I can come back to this video and complete it with no problems. Thanks for the eye opener.

Did this video as part of the February 2020 challenge. It is the third ab video for today. Actually feeling pretty good that I made it through the other 2 videos and half way through this one! My abs are definitely something that I have not worked in a VERY long time.

Cassey, you don't know how much I freaking needed this. The ab one left my abs screaming for 3 days ( is it normal to have pain for three days? I guess it is cause I didn't work my abs for a long time) I am so ready for the back one. Doing the arm and thigh like three times showed visible results and I am so happy. Imma do this tomorrow I am already excited!
Yeah it’s normal. I did the ab workout with ankle weights and I was sore for a while lmao. I love being sore especially in the ab area because you literally have to roll off of the bed 😂😂😂
Cassey hello! My abs are strong but my obliques are my greatest weakness, and this was seriously the best workout ever! I do this once and that's almost all it takes for me, haha, thank you so much for everything you do!

Casey could you please please please make a balance with strengthening routine? I want to be a dancer and struggle with my balance, but having muscle seems to help me a little bit with it. A routine that works on improving balance and increasing my strength would legit be a dream come true when I don't have time to do two different routines for it :)
I love these, I love the short workouts as I can't always do the full calander workouts cus busy n when my autistic daughter is home she's into everything so I'm always jumping up to tend to her uggg,but I try n if not ,I do a little in morning n rest when she goes to bed,I'm trying n I feel awesome, plus I do intermittent fasting I start eating for the day between 12 n 4 n stop at 6,I feel awesome 😊

You should come to Louisiana! There are lots of festivals held here and they are always so awesome! We even held Festival International which was a huge hit. Our state could use some of your beautiful positivity to shine upon us with our pups. There are tons of little puppers in Louisiana and I hope to bring mine!

I can almost guarantee that if you bring puppies and planks to Denver, it would be an enormous hit!! 💕 Not only do we pride ourselves on fitness and being outdoors, nearly 70% of us own a dog, and we have a pretty huge food truck market! You mentioned food trucks and we definitely don't have a shortage of those lol We're big on supporting adoption versus buying. If it would be at all possible, I think it would do extremely well here!!
