I really don't understand how cassey can do this all without stopping and have a conversation as well because I stopped a few times and just listened her and ab days are my least favourite because I'm so weak :')
I did this yesterday for the first time and thought ' that wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.' This morning I woke up and it hurt so much to sit up I almost cried! Thanks Cassey!!!!!!! You always know how to work us hard! Xxxx

Just looked through the comments and I am disgusted. You should never ever under no circumstances ask someone if they gained weight or say someone became bulkier. That is completely unnecessary and I hope Cassey doesn't listen to those comment. I think Cassey has such a healthy, beautifuly, strong body, exactly the one I am working for!

Day 16 of the beginners calendar! I know, I'm a little late 😝😝 I was actually a tad excited to see hollow rock (I know. I'm a bit crazy) but I remember feeling the burn last time and it felt so good! ..and then I got to that part of the video and I barely got to do any cause I was so. Burned. Out. And. Tired. By the time I got there but yay for getting through it!
I am on day 16 of the Beginner's Calendar. I was really terrified of this workout, it looked way to hard for me. And part of it was, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be! I liked the Saturn Rings, and did them with a 5lb weight! Had to do regular roll ups, because I can't even do those without grabbing my legs a little, and Hollow Rock is just a physical impossibility... Can't wait for day 17!
You have helped me so so much OMG! I have been doing your ab workouts for about 30 mins -1 hour a day for two weeks and I have toned up and successfully gotten that line down the centre of my abs! Thank you so so much :) xx
Cassie I need you help! Lately I have been doing a diet and it has been working really well, specially with your workouts. But sadly I am the only one who is trying to eat healthy from my family. Every now and then I get frustrated because my parents cook meals that aren't so healthy sometimes and they sometimes think that I may be getting to obsessed with counting calories and fat. I feel pressured and now i am gaining weight again. I want to try making healthy meals for my family or modivate them to start eating healthier but I can't seem to do it. Do you know any ways i can modivate them to eat healthier? Or any easy simple healthy meals?
i feel your pain. I remember being vegetarian for 6 months and it was so difficult around my family. I am no longer vegetarian, but I eat super clean, but my family...doesn't. The best thing I can tell you to do is to buy your own groceries. Even a part-time job can help pay for your own groceries if you're old enough because some parents will only support you from afar, not pay for your healthy lifestyle. That's what I do now.
I kind understand what you're going through and I think I can give you some tips. First of all, don't tell them about "this is health, this is not, this has ... calories, ... proteins and ... fat", because they will be more likely to say you are obsessed with health food, when they ask why are you eating something just say that it's because you want to try something new or that you want to learn how to cook it; go grocery shop with then and ask for health things using the same excuse; cook your meals and when you do it, make so there's leftovers and ask with they want; show how much fun you're having during and after you workout. About easy and simple meals, I advice you to just change some ingredients for others, like grilled fish instead of fried and Cassey's blog is full of health and good ideas! I hope these tips are useful! ;)

I love that you talk about your life and stuff while you're working out. I feel like I'm working out with a friend and not just some random person like in most workout videos!! Blogilates is the best!!!

Completed my first day of Blogilates! I've been wanting to do your monthly calendar forEVER but simply haven't had the ambition to do it. Today that changed and it's all thanks to you Cassey! I'm in love with your workouts!! I'm a ballerina and recently fractured my foot. I'm out of ballet for 4 weeks!! Your pilates are helping me keep in shape...but could you do a video for lower body exercises that can be done with a foot injury?

Can you do your 5 top exercises for the arms? To specifically target jiggly under arm? I'm so bored with tricep dips and diamond pushups and it doesn't seem like they are working :(
Cassey I really have trouble slimming down my waist or belly(somewhere around that area) plz do a video on in and foods that can help! PLZ HELP! Plus spring is coming which means summer so I want to look good in a. Swimsuit and not get fun by my friends again;) I've been doing blogilates for a month now feeling great!
You can't spot reduce, you can only lose fat in general. A combination of cardio + pilates will work. Also make sure to eat whole foods (no sugar or white carbs), and don't starve yourself. If you take care of your body properly it will reward you.
LOVE!! This is now one of my favorites!! I used a 10 lb dumbbell (maybe overkill…I was feeling it!!) I couldn't do the last move due to a lower back injury, but great ab workout!!!
When i'm doing the criss cross and the double leg lifts the bone where my thighs are (idk what to call it) like cracks and it's really uncomfortable and feels weird. Does anyone know why this happens and what i can do to prevent it? :)
Height is pretty much genetics. You can't really do much to get taller. Like ***** said, you can improve your posture but exercise doesn't really do anything
Nikita Then im not sure, but i heard jumping (like basketball for ex) makes you gain a few centimeters. I have tried it and it does work but nothing dramatic, literally like 2 centimeters
wow that was intense but i loved it anyway. i kind of thought i'm in good shape because i do a lot of running and tennis but that killed me. you are amazing. thank you so much for all this videos and for the love you literally send out of the videos.

Your videos always make me soooo happy! :) :) I mean, except for the fact that I'm working out (and my body releases... eh... this thingy that makes us be more energetic, have more self-confidence etc etc etc), you always say these lovely things that motivate me so so much!! :) :) And it's amazing... I'm on 16th Day on Beginners' 2.0 callendar and I did this by only having a break ONCE, right after the first move (on one side). What an amazing progress! I never expected this from me! I'm very proud of myself, and also proud of you for doing these amazing videos and having managed so many things in your life (talking about your fashion dream as well!). :) :)

I almost did it! The first one hurt me head and it never hurts in ab exercises otherwise :/, but I'm a beginner so i guess thats alright. Day 16, dooooone! ♥
Omigod I finished this workout! Beginners calendar 2.0!!!!! Also I finished the total body workout for the first time!!!! It feels so good to be stronger! Day 17 here I come!
Dear Cassie, could you please do a video on ab moves you can do without lifting your head and neck? I have a bad neck so I cant do any excersises involving lifting my neck like these ab ones. So annoying! xx
crazygirl2359 best modification is to rest your head on your fingertips, like really rest it there, and keep your shoulders open when you come up. Then your abs have to work more, and your neck is properly aligned.
Day 1 done!! man that was killer lol anyone got advice on how to not strain your neck? mine is killing me right now and I have a heating pad on it....Great calendeer though cassey esp with Summer 2 months away!!
Rest your head on your fingertips, elbows out, shoulders open. This helps activate my weak abs. Looking forward ruins my posture and hunches my shoulders. Maybe I'll be able to do it better when I get stronger.
Beginning: 'Oh, this isn't too bad.' Middle: 'Okay, only did 3 and it's already starting to burn, but that's okay.' End: Lying on the ground for the past 14 minutes watching Cassey while thinking about the brownies in my kitchen. Lol, promise I'll do better next workout Cassey! xD I want my abs to hurt when I laugh!
Saturn rings did a little to my abs but it hurt my neck like crazy? And not in the usual sit ups way. The muscle right below my jaw hurt like heck. Why is this?? Am I doing something wrong??
Becca :P the Saturn Rings move is not really for *actual* beginners with weak abs (like me). Here is what helps me to really activate my abs: rest your head on your fingertips, keeping your ebows out and shoulders open. Don't tuck your chin, but face upwards, keeping your neck aligned with your spine. Literally every time she says to tuck your chin, I find myself hunching my shoulders forward, ruining my posture.
Ayejessaayy use your core..it will be hard at first and you will strain with your neck....try to keep your back down and use your core as the weight...you'll begin to feel it! all the best! :)
Ayejessaayy Watch Cassey's video POP Pilates for Beginners - Total Body Workout, she goes through the basics of how to use your core in ab exercises in that one. It helped me stop using my neck so much, too. It will still be difficult if your abs aren't very strong, but keep working and it will get easier :)
Day 12 of #MOVEmber done!!!! Even though the days specific target areas, I feel like I get a full body workout everyday anyway. Oh well. Never gonna stop being sore.
I did this instead of the bikini blaster abs video in the calendar today. This was so hard but so good. I tried to do hollow rocks before and was unable to. I was able to do them with the modification. Hopefully I can do the full version soon!
I've been on a diet for two weeks without bread, pasta, less sugar, and less greasy foods..I lost five pounds within this time and went down 3 waist sizes without workout. I'm going to try the 30 day waist challenge and the same diet I'll get back to u with my results :3
yes you should be able to have the same effect..if this workout isn't working for you or you don't feel like it's working maybe you are not doing the exercises correctly, you need to maybe add more weight, or find another workout that works for you.
