Victor Shu Oil catch can on this vehicle? I only recommend them on the ecoboost engines.

***** Yeah there was allot of door ajar switch problems back them and wiring problems in the door jamb also.

@@FordTechMakuloco, I’m having the same issue after a big freeze here and had to move the bracket into place to make a secure connection. However, I’m getting the intermittent problems with the “door ajar” message coming up. Also, I’m hearing an exhaust leak from my manifold gasket and looking to replace it with a new JBA shorty headers. Full disclosure: I’m aware that this will not add any additional horsepower to my 2003 Ford Expedition (4.6L). I plan on installing a new throttle body and cold-air intake to the vehicle and wanted to remove the catalytic converter to run straight pipes out of the manifold to my new dual-in/dual-out muffler. I realize federal laws do not allow this, but I don’t live in a state that enforces the clean-air standards with emission standards. Interested in hearing your recommendation on installing a new bracket system to hang the exhaust and supplies.

Brett Peterson For the clutch just drive it normally for the engine make sure you drive at varying speeds i.e. no 5hr road trip at 2k rpm cruising. Also I would change the oil at 3k mile or less for the first change.

If I was going to buy a 2nd gen Expy 2004 would be the last year I would look for because it was the year that they introduced the 3V engine.

Tingelhoff Steve hi I have a 2004 Expedition XLT back window will not raise up only will raise down can't get it to raise up at all all the others work but that one chain switches and motor still does the same thing can you help me?

@@VincentALoera Makuloco has a video on how to get that window to close. What I learned is that rain can enter the window control panel and start to corrode it. Makuloco recommends either applying pressure on the control button or tapping it hard until it starts to work. I hope this answered your question.
