True , but still a lot of warning lights on the dash.Electronics will fall apart any time soon or it's just because the engine do not likes the lpg installed .

In America we only have 4.2 and W12 and 5.2 engines and leather seats. The electronics are all very tout. And the switch's and soft touch materials if only used with skin and not your nails, last a long time. all of mine are still intact. Humidity and heat also play a huge role in the buttons. Such as door locks, all 4 in my 05 are melted looking. Having a solar sunroof and using the blower option increases that and will allow moisture to enter the cabin. I've done head gaskets and all the timing in these cars, and no harder than doing the 2.7t S4 I have. Comparing this interior to a BMW or Mercedes, the 7 series has a literal crap interior for button feedback. All the buttons are plastic, and creak and bend, if its shiny, its plastic. A8 uses Aluminum for the polished switch's.

@@TheBlackDevil7 1st of all: no it didn't, s class looked and still looks more modern and futuristic. 2nd of all, there is 9 years between the finalised design of the w220 s class and the finalised design of the d3 a8

The is truly an impressive number of error messages! Engine light, air suspension error, broken light bulb, parking brake error, headlight adjustment error, ABS error and ESP error!

It's an old luxury car. It has all the technology so that u miss it after all these years and buy a new one. Tho I gotta say this one looks like a beater.

Most of these cars are owned by regular folks that in reality cannot afford these kind of cars. So they drive them for few months and sold them to another folks just like them. These cars can accumulate all kind of problems, and nobody wants to solve them.

These cars are very reliable and durable, if you cares about them and maintain them properly, but sometimes you needs to be willing open wallet very wide, as spare parts are still expensive. That is also one of reason, why most of them are in terrible shape, as previous owners decided to simple ignore all errors, and just to drive. Back in 2017 I decided to get fix completely mine (4.0TDI), it was super expensive, but since that it is serving excellently.

I remember Jeremy Clarkson was challenged to take one of these cars from London, up the M1 all the way to Edinburgh. I was actually surprised he made it back to London with virtually no fuel! Goes to show how amazing these cars are.

I remember many years ago having a loan of my old bosses A8 in 2007 I had it for 2 days it was a 2004 4.2 tdi... it had the same interior as the car in this video but the exterior was black ..I'll never forget it ..the power ..the luxury..what a car! Even to this day they are still a great looking car ...just like the car in video.. just goes to show you how clean you can keep them when you take care of them.. Really great example in this video 👍

Myślałem, że to auto z 2013, bo wygląda dość modernistycznie. Zdziwiłem się mocno, gdy zobaczyłem że to 2003 roku. Świetnie wygląda jak na swój wiek 😯

Auto fajne. Mimo lat nawet dziś prezentuję się świetnie, ale nie na Polską kieszeń. Podstawowy serwis to lekko kilka tyś zł do tego trzeba doliczyć masę problemów jak to w tym modelu elektryka, błędy na desce.

Niestety kupić a utrzymać... za tą kase lepiej coś nowszego i tańszego w utrzymaniu (a nie porywanie się na autko segmentu F, dla mnie bez sensu kupować takie auto za tyle kasy a rok produkcji - ale co kto lubi)

@@kimasstatek1328 Pakują sie młode synki, które nie wiedzą że jak wydadzą uzbierane 30k na zakup takiej A8 to potem przy wymianie amortyzatora czy lampy zaboli po kieszeni. Nie wspominając o grubszej mechanicznej robocie jak coś cieknie czy kopci.

@@maciekapocaliptic No niestety panie kolego posiadam audi a8 4.2 od 3 lat i to jest bzdura ,sa tez osoby co kochaja dany model jak ja.Akurat mnie czekac bedzie wymiana amortyzatorow oraz remont silnika to ze cos kosztuje nie oznacza ze trzeba jak sie o auto dba to sytuacja tez jest inna.A klasa premium robi swoje ,PS wydalem na wymiane czesci i cala reszte ponad 90 000zł sa tez tacy ktorych na to po prostu stac.

no nie do końca, nikt tez nie bedzie na takie auto warte samo w sobie 30 koła tyle wydawal na serwis w ASO :P niestety te auta juz maja taka wade, ze pomimo upływu czasu, wypuszczenia nowych modeli/technologi, spadku ceny auta to dalej serwis czy czesci kosztuja podobnie co jak by to była nówka sztuka wiec no troche szkoda też pakować tyle siana w to, jeszcze jak spojrzysz, to tak na prawde jakis pseudoluksus, ok wiekszy silnik niz 2.0 tdi w a6 no i moze wiecej miejsca i skórki/drewna ale to dalej troche podpicowany drozszy szmelcvagen, bawi mnie ten "luksus" w chwili gdy masz wajchy do kierunków czy przyciski do wszystkiego kopiuj-wklej z jakichs passatów/skody itp hahaha

Jak można doprowadzić samochód do takiego stanu :) Checkengine, kontrolka od zawieszenia, skrzynia (konwerter się odzywa, faluje przy jednostajnej jeździe) + skrzynia źle dobiera biegi + lockup się prawie wogóle nie załącza gdy nie powinien, jeden wielki stuk z zawieszenia co nawet na wideo "czuć" jakbym w aucie siedział. Jakieś kontrolki od świateł automatycznych itd ... czujnik kąta skrętu się pali, ABS. Słaby ten samochód. Walczysz z nim nieumiejętnie przekładając ręce na kierownicy ... Ogólnie to stara klasa premium a mam wrażenie, że zmęczyłeś się jazdą tym parchem. Zamawiać smieciarkę czy sam zadzwonisz?

co do tych checkow to akumulator mogl mu raz pasc i tez te checki sie moga pojawic,nie wiem jak ze swiatlami przednimi ale reszta checkow to moze byc od tego akumulatora jak mowilem,zawieszenie dymaniczne mial ustawione dlatego bardziej czule zawieszenie mial.Sam mam Audi A8 4.2 3 lata to cos wiem :P bo mi tak akumulator padl,i aktualnie zrobilem nim ponad 60 000km przez te 3 lata.
