love the 2004-2005 Ford EXPLORER TRUCK I had NO problems with mine there might be some out that it had high-mileage wasn't very taken care of when they had it that's why yours look the way it is as is so I would say the Ford Explorer is a very excellent truck we all can say different things about other trucks after that the same situation and problems I got It when ithad 59000 miles and that 132000 miles and it's running good and strong most reliable trucks
Totally agree. My truck belonged to my dad who took phenomenal care of the truck. These sohc v6 in the sport Trac has plastic guide rails for the timing chains and no matter how good of care you take they WILL break and at the least need a minor rebuild and at worst need a brand new motor that will fail again in 200k or so. It was a poorly designed timing system, but truthfully I loved the truck.
The 2009 Adrenalin with the 4.6L V-8 that I've owned for 2 years now still looks and runs great. Navigation, Bluetooth, sunroof, AWD, etc. It's one of the best vehicles I've owned.
Im so close to buying one but the all time Awd puts me off. They look so nice though. Whoever redesigned that adrenalin model deserves a prize 😂 I may go for the 07-10 ltd 4x4 though.
The video is satire, but in reality I loved this truck until it left me and my family stranded on the highway when the legendary cologne V6 ate it's own timing chain guides and bricked the motor.
I have a 2004. I love it but the side mirror buttons and the digital display under the ceiling light buttons don't work. Was wondering if it was a fuze. 🤔 The rear window is a fun option. Roll it down and crank up the music. Drive the village nuts.
My transmission would slip untill 3rd caught, every. Single. Time, for almost a year(because I didn't have 2k at the time) and then I was doing 70 down i65 and the timing chain guides went and the motor bricked immediately. I actually enjoyed the truck, it's what got me into offroading and adventure.
@@GuardianMT dam that’s crazy about the timing chain glad no one was seriously injured especially jr.. yea I enjoy mine only drive it for camping trips and cabins few times a year .. gas in that thing killed me
So you make a video of a 15 year old truck and rag on it. Whos the idiot that still has a truck they hate. I have a 2007 and I love it. If anything happens to it I will get it fixed or buy another one.
I'm good with my ram but thanks. If you noticed the review was a joke. Also, having a motor that inevitability destroys itself because the manufacturer was too cheap to use quality materials in the timing chain guides is a bad way to defend this truck.
