Nice paracord wrap. I dig it. My ultimate goal is to repurpose the compartment behind the rear seat to hold a couple of ARs and enough room for ammo storage. All hidden.
I've enjoyed your videos, very good explanations of your upgrades and mods. I'm currently working on my 02 Explorer Sport, to give it a facelift. Doing all the maintenance on it because it's my work vehicle, so it runs good. But doing some upgrades to freshen the old thing up a bit. Going to build a swing out rear tire carrier for it and mount a jack. Makes for an easier tire change in the winter or really anytime! Hope to see some more of your Sport Trac upgrade videos!

@@calebweever619 I've had alot of the accessories on the sport trac for a while. More than a yeah. I do enjoy all the detailed accessories I have installed. Yeah what the lates and even some of the older videos.
I'm glad to see so many people installing the newer Explorer console into their RBV's. They're a definite upgrade to the older style. I just wish the front had a smaller gap but your solution looks good.
This is sweet!! I have a 2007 4.0 sports Trac all black, tan interior. I have been trying to figure out what can I do to make my truck look more updated. Can I change bumper covers to a more modern bumper cover hoping that all the fittings are the same. Even to changing my cloth tan seats to a two-tone leather vinyl type style. As for all your LEDs I love it especially that swing box because these trucks don't come with a place to put things away. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Your follower Kenneth
Finally had to junk my 05. It was become way too unsafe even for trail fun since it became too unsafe for public roads. I miss that thing, kind of want another. Want another gen 1 ver 2 03-05 but the gen 2's look more sporty. Idk maybe in time
Been following your channel for quite sometime. You’re a pretty creative resourceful person. You’ve done a great job with the ST. Question, did the cold air intake do anything for you in increased power? Any plans to install a supercharger? I have a Black 02 I bought new. It’s been garage kept most of the time. Still throughout the years things deteriorate, ie moldings, weatherstripping body mounts etc. it’s getting harder to find OEM parts, you you know of any aftermarket support? I’d like to replace the rear window molding and steering wheel. I also need a dimmer switch for the headlamps. The 02 has rear drum brakes and I’ve been looking for a disc conversion. Any ideas? Thank you
He hows it going I appreciate the support and thank you for the compliment. The cold air intake dis make some throttle response gains and a smoother idle. I do have links for replacement body mount bushing if you like. The rear disk conversion will probably have to be a junkyard grab. Maybe the steering wheel and molding aswell. Nice truck man! I love the wheel/tire size and offset, its like the perfect size and really makes the truck look like it should. Ive always been a Ranger owner but im shopping around for a Sport Trac currently. Ive been really tempted by the Gen2 tracs but im slightly leaning towards the later Gen1 just because im so familiar and parts are everywhere. Really like all the accessories you put on yours. You ever done parachord on a steering wheel?

I got an aftermarket tonneau cpver, but it needs a lip for the brackets to grab the bed like a standard pickup would have. Since our bed is smooth on the sides, what brackets did you use?
Hello, you put 15 rim wheels and 32x11.5R15 tires on it, I put 31x10.5R15 on mine and when I turn right or left, the tire touches forward, did you have this problem? how did you solve it? THANK YOU
You should get some keys for the front and it will level it out with the back, I have them on mine with stock shackles in the back and it’s a little squatted
What year Explorer center console did you use? I have a 2002 you think it would go in it? I never thought of changing it even tho the one in mine is worthless. That was a very good idea.

Hey! I have a 2007 sport trac and having a hard time finding info on parts. Would the swing case fit mine? Also the radio and touchscreen? Seriously need help and I just found and enjoying your channel.
The 2007 sport tracs are harder to find people that have modified them. The swing case may not fit. The bed looks a little diffrent than the first gens. Todd Zabbia on his my sport trac page on FB he has all the answers for the 2nd gen
@@munnday86 I love mine I purchased it in 2013 and it still runs fine with no issues. Seems like people pay double and even triple what I payed for mine.
