2007 Audi A4 2.0t hood latch fix when you can't pop the hood 

I always make a conscious effort to check that clip is in every time I close the hood....I forgot to check last time; now I gotta do this! Great tutorial. Audi A4 goes back up....every week, I swear, every week

Saved my butt today thank you 🙏... My suggestion is make sure your pulling as far from the right side of the vehicle as possible. I ended up using a coat hanger and running it above the lower radiator hose to get the angle

Thank you so much. I was trying to push the lever the other way and glad you mentioned it needed a good push the opposite way. There is another video on RU-vid where the guy says you have no choice but to use a Sawzall. What a moron.

It would be really helpful if you showed how to open the hood before you showed how to fix the latch the came undone that doesn't allow you to open the hood. I guess it's one of those 'catch 22's' (no pun intended, ok maybe slightly intended....) thanks!
