2007 Ram No Crank No Start Wiring 

The broken wire I showed location in the video

Lightning bolt light came on also.

Figured it out after replacing starter. Same click. Tried rotating engine by hand, and it's blocked. Timing system failed, and is impeding the engine.

It's been to long I don't remember details.

That one may be ignition switch? If the truck thinks the key is in the off position. It's on the left under the steering cowling.

@@oreallyyudoncey2257 i got car running but instrument cluster wont work properly,sometimes works fine but sometimes all lights are on.

Ran like normal when running

Mine just clicks too- brand new battery can get display to light up then clicks when I turn the key and display turns off

Did y’all find anything out?

I got the same problem brand new batteries brand new alternator fixing to replace starter truck been down for about 2 months

It feels like something is grounding out tho

It wasn't really. The copper was broken through. If it lay right, it would work.

Dang I'm about to check mine right now my 07 ram Laramie had no bus signal for almost a year and cannot figure it out.. But yeah I rebuilt the entire front right side of the truck after some lady told it while I was on the roof working and I got to drive it for 3 months before no bus code came on and no crank

What color is that broken wire? @@macsgarage

@TheSauceMan01234 this was almost a year ago. I don't remember anymore. I'd be more helpful if I could.

My issue was the starter, the wire running from the cylinder to the actual starter was absolutely toasted, fell apart when I touched it. so make sure if your having this problem (no crank no start) check absolutely everything before you tear into anything bc it could be as simple as replacing a starter!.
