The last Vikings visit to Gillette Stadium. Tom Brady and the 5-1 Pats look to win their 5th straight against Zombie Brett Favre and the 2-4 Vikings, in a big Halloween battle.
What a pleasure it was watching this team do it for twenty years. Their coach/Gm was able to reload and retool a constant and they successful morphed into whatever your wordt nightmares could conjure up. A true pleasure. Thank you to KING BILL. BILL THE GREAT.
13:44 i know the numbers got better since they had 3 more SB's after this season but that record will probably never be broken. I'm not a Patriots fan, Ravens since 98, but Bill and Brady were the best combo in NFL history. If I used Google correctly... Bill with Brady they were 219-64 in the regular season and 30-11 in the postseason with 6 Superbowl wins, 17 division titles, went to 10 Super Bowls, etc, the list could go on. Respect. Now, without Brady, his winning percentage is like .400 something..😂
Hall of Famers Vikings: Brett Farve, Adrian Peterson, Steve Hutchinson, Jared Allen, Randy Moss Patriots: Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Vince Wilfork, Logan Mankins
Hey Bart, glad u r doing okay. Can u upload Seahawks @ Gaints 2008, Both Saints vs Panthers 2008, Broncos @ Jets 2008, Dolphins @ Jets 2008 and Cardinals @ Panthers 2008 (reg).
Brady was MVP of the league and the Pats had an absolutely dominating season. Not only that they beat both SB teams that year (Packers and Steelers). Granted the Packers didn't have aaron rodgers during that game, but that Pats team was firing on all cylinders. They just decided to play their absolutely worst game of football ever against the jets that divisional round. They didn't show up at all. In my opinion, it was one of the worst playoff performance by the Patriots ever. That 2009 wild card game against baltimore is questionable, but I still say that jets game was a disgrace.
What really makes me mad about this game as a Vikings' fan is how after Favre was hurt and Jackson got the TD AND the 2-point conversion, their defense seemed to just completely give up--the offense brings them back, and then they have ZERO momentum, and seemingly ZERO motivation. I know, you're supposed to support your team no matter what, but damn!
they played three times i believe, in 2002 (28-10 Packers win), 2006 (35-0 Pats dominated), and this game. they would've played twice in '08 as well if you-know-what didn't happen lol
@@frankiesacco thanks bro! Appreciate the effort in uploading these. Many if only the Packers won that NFC Championship game in 2008. A Brady Favre super bowl would've been legendary
Imagine if brett didnt throw that pick...stilll like why... you had the lead and the clock on your side...numbers dont mean shit when you fuck up in clutch situations...
Time to settle down and watch another part of 'the history of the inevitable'. In every year, and every era, the Minnesota Vikings ALWAYS find a way to lose the big games. Nice to know there are some things you can always count on in life!
2010 Patriots offense placed unsolvable problems to defenses. Gronk & Hernandez 2 TEs that can't be covered by any Linebackers then playing. Wanna go Nickel? 5 OL 2 TE 7 Blockers for 6 man D front plus the RB; run it all day no huddle. Defensive coordinators were stupid in 2010 and many remain so; would rather let Gronk Hernandez and Welker keep killing them for 8 Yards per pass attempt rather then risk 5 yards a carry. Bellichik doesn't care, he will not allow 8 YPA pass offenses to function, go ahead and run it, you'll get Field goals not TDs.
I don't think people worry about Brady not winning rings at the end of his career. He has 5 & the Patriots hadn't had a non-contending team in over a decade. Now he conducts a loaded offense. He has to be considered the GOAT, but give Favre some credit for making Childress, Shiancoe, Sidney Rice & Bernard Berrian (yikes) relevant for a year & 1/2.
@@darshloaf who said it was fake, I dont see why he couldn't just put a towel on his chin and walk to the locker room, instead hes in the fetal position on a cart like hes dead, only brett favre....
