sorry, all are part of the electrical power management system, all depend on the modified PCM you installing if it's modified to bypass the IPC, BCM ,BCS then it might work.Thank you

Hello, the alternator pulley is an overrunning decoupler or one way clutch and it means it spins free on the alternator armature in one direction and it spins the alternator armature in the other direction. the purpose of this is to reduce noise/vaibtration / and to extend the life of the alternator, the pulley should spine both way put the armature should only spin with the pulley in one direction with resistance.

Hello, if you installed the lower bolt first it will help to install the two upper alternator studs all you have to do is push the alternator back to lineup the studs.

The one I was working I used 9/32 -1/4 drive socket if not you can try 7mm - 1/4 drive socket

It depends on the part new from the dealership or rebuild aftermarket and the repair shop rate, it's about three hours labor to replace the alternator on this BUick enclave.

What hoses ?.

The engine torque strut has to be removed before the upoer bracket , the rear bolt is under the fuse box, the fuse box has to be removed to get to the rear bolt, after the upper bracket is removed the lower bracket has to be removed this bracket it bolted to the engine.

@@thecarfixchannel3046 yeah, you dont have to undo the radiator hose at all. I've replaced a water pump and alternator doing it this way. Only takes about 20 minutes to remove the fuse box and engine mount/bracket. After that just slid the alternator out and slid the new one in. Got it done in an hour and a half
