I have a 992 C4S, but just bought a 2015 911 Turbo S, Racing Yellow. I should take delivery of it next Wednesday.Beautiful car, crazy power, but can drive it slow and easy too. Great review, my friend.

We produce our videos at the press driving event, where we have the car between 4 and 12 hours. So we cannot do anything after the event until we get the very car as a test car. This normally takes a couple of month.

We surely agree that the 911 - and specially the turbo - is not meant to be a family car, but we do have family, so its always interesting to see how any car is capable of family requirements. Besides, Porsche claims themselves that the Turbo is the best supercar, you can buy as a daily driver :) And yes, we are German and we know that our English needs to improve big time - we are working on it and kind and patient people like you will hopefully see us improving.

The new Porsche 911 is my dream car. But for the Turbo version, I can only dream it in my dream.

that rear wheel steering is super amazing.

Not a big Porsche fan, but that car is amazing! The front air scoop lowering made from some type of stretching rubber is just way cool, what a machine.

I Love 911 Porsches but especially Turbo S! My favourite sports car!

There are a bunch of people and professional magazines who do exactly what you are wanting. We are just two bloggers who like to film as well and we do what we can. Besides, we had the car for 6 hours and there is no way, we drive and experience it and on top do a video with all your request. We do the day-to-day stuff and there are many others who do the stuff you like to see.

I really like that you made an effort to do the review in English. It is obvious it isn't your native tongue, but I'm sure you will feel more comfortable in time (doing English reviews). Also, it was really nice to see the luggage space and additionally have it demonstrated with bags/suitcases. While luggage is certainly not the main focus when buying or reviewing a supercar, it is still nice to know how much or how little you can take along on a trip (or in daily life). Nice job. Weiter so!

Dude you have to drive the PDK. I love manuals, I have one in my 996T but man, the PDK is just amazing, so fast and instant. The new programming has definitely changed it for the better.

Loved the attention to detail--spoiler demonstrations, backseat review, etc. English was fine. I would like to see a non-Porsche 0-60 time. Aim Sports sells a Solo device for road testing (saw it on the fast lane cars) that would allow you to do a 0-60 mph test.

You really wanno know? The Canon C300 has a button that does a huge magnification in the display. So we had this button pressed and did not know it. We were trying to find a position where the car and I would fit into the frame. Uh well. You know...

Hard to compare. But I (Jan) would probably go for the Mercedes, as I enjoy the comfort and it is so hard - even in Germany - to find space where you can really use the potential of the Porsche.

Well, GT-R is 2.84s 0-60 911 Turbo S is 2.9s 0-60 That variation is so insignificant that you can't say which is faster. Porsche also tend to be very conservative and testing under non-optimal conditions. The 997 was measured at 2.7s, and GUESSWORK estimate the 991 at 2.5s. So depending on what numbers, and source you want to use either car is faster.

Thank you. I dont think there is a proper answer for your questions. It depends on what you want to do with the car. The Turbo S offers you extreme power and 4WD in a daily driver car that you can even take to track. The GT3 has RWD and is rather a track car that you can drive on the streets as well.
